#CourtTV - What do YOU think?
I think I'm going to wait before I make my final judgment. However, I think the evidence will speak louder than words. This case makes me very sad. Vinnie and Production did an amazing job with this video.
I think the media are twisting everything and adding fuel to the fire with ‘rumours and hearsay’!
Think logically about what evidence they DONT have that they should have!
No one can cause that kind of scene and leave only a trace of dna on a movable object that could’ve been placed there by the real person/people!
People who have reason for their dna to already be all over that house that can be explained away!
It’s never been said if that indeed matches the weapon that caused the injuries!
Why have they still got Ethan’s golf clubs?!
DNA catching perps 50 years later. DNA plus everything they have against Bk is going to lead to justice soon.
Creepy guy Bk. All evidence adding up. Everything fits.
I don’t think he could get down that dirt road with the snow because they don’t typically plow those roads. Could’ve been plowed tho. Look in to if the park was closed for the season, or if the road was closed to vehicles.
I think the odds are that he did it, BUT, society's is quick to declare someone guilty using Idiocracy standards: "of course he did it, like, just look at him."
Innocent until proven guilty. Imagine if he DIDN'T do it!! How terrible a situation to be in!
they proved he bought all kinds of stuff that just randomly can't be found now. He had his shower curtain missing. No plate, digging through trash in gloves, wants to "research" what it feels like to commit heinous crimes, his dna matched twice on a knife sheath found under the body, and oh, they died by knife. I mean, how did he get in ALL those situations if he is innocent? He's as guilty as they come but yeah I agree would be terrible but there is reason people believe he is guilty.
@@djohny-ne3gg they definitely didn't make that arrest for no reason. Neighbors never saw him going outside for a job or to go on a hike. Alibi doesn't even make sense and he doesn't have anyone to back up what he is saying.

the greatest mystery about this case to me is how the killer got out of the crime scene without leaving a trail of blood they had to be covered with blood. they had to have the car covered in plastic, he had to have changed his clothes? How did he get his clothes out one of the roommates saw him did he have a bundle? Where did they get rid of all the protective gear, they must of had? I don't think he could have cleaned his that good it only takes a speck for LE to discover it.
Exactly. I want to see how the prosecution answers those questions. The prosecution Needs to answer those questions.
The greatest mystery to me is why is legacy media trying so hard to frame Kohberger. He has proven precedent of running and driving at night. He has several people come forward to say they would go running, driving and star gazing with him. Why the is precedent or a pattern of behavoir evidence for the state but not for the defense? Why did the FBI A) pay a visit to the DNA expert, who was the states witness, when she testified there wasn't enough aleals to identify kohberger's DNA and the FBI strongly "encouraged" her to name kohberger's DNA by illegaly searching the father? B) why did they, the FBI, refuse to defend their electronic data "evidence" in court? Why did the state refuse to follow up on the other 3 unidentified DNA in the house? Why didn't the state go after the girls for cleaning up the crime scene? The site print wasn't seen by the naked eye. Only after luminal was used. Which means someone cleaned that crime scene. Why are they ignoring the fact that the roommate wore vans shoes; even has a photo of her wearing them on social media. Why why why is the state and media trying do hard to frame this guy.
Why are they ignoring the fact that two ppl were killed in a hit and run outside kohberger's apartment. Police parked behind kohberger boxing him in while working the scene & looking for the driver. Why haven't they used the neighbors video showing a white truck at the house until 4 am

A TH-camr did that drive months ago, and streamed the trip. When he arrived in the middle of the night, the park’s gate was open.
@jeanarnone3184 not only does that happen, but just because a gate is closed...doesn't mean you vant still go in. That gate is to stop cars from parking in the park's parking area, it doesn't stop people from walking in. People will park in front of the gate or along the road when a gate is closed and walk into the park to use it. The gate being closed doesn't mean much as far as I am concerned.

This expert investigator Gray Hughes says he is 100% positive it was Bryan's car. And then goes on to say "he feels" it was him. I can agree that, based on the evidence, it is likely Bryan, but not beyond a reasonable doubt, which is less than 100%. Experts need to be careful with their words. The DNA evidence alone, is not 100%.
I agree, people need to be mindful with their words, but he's not an expert, he's a TH-camr so his words don't hold as much weight as some other guests Court TV have on. He can basically say whatever he likes as his opinion without any repercussions

Guy stabs 4 people to death, cleans up perfectly, all within 2 hours (give or take)? All while the two roommates downstairs didn’t hear any screaming or call the cops? Yeah, that doesn’t add up at all.
I think everyone in that house except for Ethan and Xana was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
It does add up, your brain just can't imagine things.
You need to put some logic into your wild comment. It’s a party house, students use drugs, possibly even Xanax .. also students these days constantly have noise cancelling headphones on . There are times when I was student I would be so passed out from alcohol noting could wake me. The victims from what we can read were possibly stabbed in the throat.. rendering their voices useless. They couldn’t scream
Cleans up perfectly? Bro the house was basically a house of horrors. He got into a car, with lined seats. Not that complicated. Especially considering he took a nice 2 hour detour by the woods on the way home.
And everyone was Cleary high and drunk off their asses. It's not that complex
@@SmcdMcd-d2kExactly. It's not that complicated
The anchor that went to the park actually confirmed his alibi. He said his phone lost signal out there which explains why his phone wasn’t pinging.
Exactly. Notice they ignored and didn't highlight that important fact. Bk would have been covered in blood after the crime. He didn't turn off his phone-- just like the reporter on the drive the signal dropped. Bk didn't do it. He's quite and different. It's a shame with so little circumstantial evedidence and NO evidence of huge blood evedidence on him they have ruined his life. This could be you and I as the guilty person. They are theorizing 7 min. Not enough time to leave a bloody crime scene clean/you stab 4 multiple times-- blood is going to be squinting everywhere. No cuts on BK hands. In every case of multiple stab wounds on a single body let alone 4 people it gets slippery and there are cuts on the hand. The heart would spurt the victims blood everywhere- especially on the killer. The news reporting is so biased. Find the actual killer.
@@cbright1626 💯
There is a difference between a phone not pinging because it was turned off and a phone not pinging because it has no signal. The affidavit didn't clarify that and certainly there is a way to know whether his phone didn't ping because it was turned off despite the effective signal to that area OR because it had no connection with the towers despite being on.
@@Clau574you have no clue. 😂
Ok but him being at the park doesn’t align with the evidence at all. They have his phone pinging in Pullman and they have his car on video leaving Pullman. 10 minutes later they have this same vehicle arriving in Moscow. Coincidentally that’s how long it takes to get to Moscow from Pullman. If he’s guilty you don’t think it’d be possible for him to just say he was somewhere without service? Because that seems like a very easy story to come up with. That’s actually the only story he could possibly come up with since they knew he wasn’t home and he wasn’t with anyone anywhere to collaborate any other alibi
Without a reasonable doubt. It's all circumstantial. They better have way more than what they have shown us to convict.
I believe that the reason he went to the park was to get rid of the knife! Just because he couldn’t drive into the park doesn’t mean he couldn’t walk!
Good theory. I expect the police have searched.
The fact that the front gate to the park is closed in the early morning hours is irrelevant..
It depends whether he was ‘star gazing’ just outside the park and parked his car outside. Or he parked outside and then walked into the park.
That knife could be anywhere on his route from the Idaho house.. But bizarre that this park is mentioned.. if it is the location of the knife this park also has a lake that he could’ve thrown it into to avoid the risk of it being found on land.

Thanks for that insight. A few people have commented here that the gate wouldn't have been closed because there's overnight camping at that park, however it was winter, so there might not have been anyone camping then, and it would make sense if the gate was closed. That wouldn't deter a murderer from parking his car somewhere nearby that it wouldn't be noticed by drivers passing by, and entering the park to hide the murder weapon and other items that could link him to his crime.
@@wholeshebang1 The park closed at dusk, about 4:30 pm, and was gated. Nobody camps there in November. It was 28 degrees, heavily overcast, and ice fog shrouded the area. My point about the alibi is that it doesn’t prove where BK was when the crime was committed and the perpetrator left the scene-4:08am to 4:20am, according to LE and the PCA. It took 522 days to come up with this uncorroborated alibi. BK has no witnesses to support his alibi. The first alibi was that he was out driving around but couldn’t say exactly where and at what time-somewhere south of Moscow after dark, that’s it. The revised version only states that one place he often visited is Wawawai Park. It doesn’t say he went to the park that night directly. It only (cleverly) insinuates it. Yes I agree and now demolished unfortunately. There were people trampling in and out without protective suits. Then revisiting. Then a removal company to remove personal items of the victims. The victims cars were left at the front of the property and should have been ceased immediately. There was flimsy tape around the perimeter and trash bins left there. Now the building is demolished so no jury can visit. Absolutely unthinkable.
What has never clicked is the photo of the white car released by police and media never matched Bryan Kohberger's 2015 Elantra because his car does not have paralellogram shaped headlights, differing from the photo, and the photographed white car's body has different ridge lines. The sheath reportedly did not test positive on the first test, and a miniscule particle of 2nd or 3rd generation touch DNA that only tested on a subsequent test, does not equal guilty, nor is touch DNA ever an exact match to someone's DNA.
The police only ever released stock images of a car in the year range they were looking for. Stills of security footage didn’t come from the police nor did they ever say that car. And that’s not how DNA works fyi
Yep
Thank you Vinnie for sharing this video
The more I learn about the details of this case the more I dont think this guy did this. There is way more speculation than actual evidence in the case.
Could you share the evidence? Most of us don't have access to it and would love to see it (and if you don't mind, letting us know how you accessed the evidence).
His dna was on the knife sheath under one of the dead bodies 😅 but okay.
@@BF2391 All we know is the DNA is questionable at best and the sheath is not the murder weapon and the we don’t even know what the murder weapon is. This is speculation vs evidence.
@@justaguy259 I don’t think most of you understand the difference between direct and circumstantial evidence. Your dna at the scene of the crime on a knife sheath under a stab victim is not speculative. It is evidence.. direct evidence at that
@@BF2391 I understand that but I would need to know beyond a reasonable doubt that that exact knife was the murder weapon. It is still speculative to assume that knife from that sheaf is the weapon. Plus the other unknown DNA found in the house, plus absolutely ZERO victim DNA found with BK. That was a dirty scene, if he was supposed to be in and out in under 12 minutes there would be something carried out of that house into his car. They couldn’t even find evidence of a major cleaning operation. I’m not saying this isn’t the guy but this isn’t the Salem witch trial, the state needs to prove their case behind a reasonable doubt. Until that burden is met, this man is still 100% innocent by law.
If this guy is innocent, doesn't have a chance. Shows like this Concluding he is guilty.
I readily believe that he'd have been out of cell range for much of the drive to the stargazing place indicated. But zero pings between when his last one before the murders and his first one after the murders only makes sense to me if he turned the phone off or into airplane mode. Not sure why you'd do either to go stargazing? Suggestions?
I don't buy that an unrelated Elantra was where his DNA coincidentally was left, while his phone was not pinging anywhere. So I think the alibi is nonsense, but I'd love to hear any explanation you think the lawyers could offer for ZERO pings instead of just losing service in many parts of the westbound route.
You know, if he were to have a history of being fascinated with astronomy, for instance, YT videos, a telescope, or binoculars, then the alibi could fly. But to all of a sudden have an interest in the stars at night, naw.

If you think about it, if there were Washington plates on the elantra, a small idaho town will definitely not miss it.
I’m not saying that he didn’t do it, but I haven’t seen anywhere near the evidence needed to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, especially since it’s a death penalty case.

In videos I've seen undercover cop's driving white aluntras. It's not absurd to go out late at night to walk because I do it all the time, and I've been into closed parks before to. The loss of the knife sheath (likely in a struggle with Kaylee) will end up being his downfall. Pretty simple really. Kaylee will end up a hero out of this for her actions causing him to lose the knife sheath....
If it was lost in a struggle then it'd have blood on it, and he likely injuries. That's a major questionmark for this. They have dna, but its suspicious as hell
This video actually provides exculpatory evidence for Kohberger, and does not strengthen the case for the prosecution (Police). There are multiple reports the house was a "drug" house; not a place for students to gather. The standard for a guilty verdict is beyond a reasonable doubt. Regardless, juries convict when the facts, law, and evidence do not meet that standard. The strongest evidence against Kohberger is : 1. His moving trash from his parent's to his neighbor's house in PA. 2. His attorney not getting him released from jail when claims are Kohberger is innocent. 3. Driving his car cross country and a return trip a few weeks later (motive: get his white vehicle out of the area). 4. Kohberger's students state he was distracted after the murders. The evidence for Kohberger: 1. no evidence showing his car was parked near the house but parked somewhere and in 15 minutes walked into a house presumably that he was never in before and killed four persons with no noise in such a short time span; 2. No blood evidence on Kohberger after killing four people. 3. A delay of eight hours before Police are contacted and notification was not from the surviving roommates (inexcusable and against Idaho law for delaying after seeing a dead body); 4. The prosecution, not the defense, does not want a trial open to the public (normally the defense makes that request). There are noticeable gaps in this case and the guest at the 15:00 minute mark actually helps (not hurts) the defense, but in the end juries convict.
Bryan's alibi wasn't that he was looking at the stars and the sky that day. The alibi was that Bryan was in the park, according to data from his cell phone analyzed by expert Sy Ray.
