Her daughter was missing but she was sound enough asleep that she didn’t even hear stephan taking her car in the middle of the night. What mother would be able to sleep within a few hours of their child being missing?!?!

Still the child must be protected and cared for much more than the family has shown . So to go on to answers that then she has also made mistakes in the timeline when put side by side with SS. This one you mention, she moved her time she" went to sleep" from about 11 or so till 8 or 9 when first questioned (giggling, laughing towards detective) to 3:00 am to 8 or so , At 3:15 SS went out in her car to where MS was in that row of trees. THEN PLAYS DUMB (when she wakes up) ON WHERE HE IS AND CALLS HIS PARRENTS if he's there. There are so many that even a blind person can see it . Just have to listen to the questioning . The law enforcement are really working and pushing for justice for Madeline.

What evidence is there of Jenn being involved with the SA & murder that a prosecutor would take it to trial? Her lying at first for Stephen is easily explained, there’s no way near enough No photos, videos, texts, taped conversations, no Stephen saying she was involved.
At this point I doubt she could be a good witness for prosecution , maybe for the defence . She is despised by people . Who knows , maybe his defence will be that she told him to do it ? Since there are no witnesses she might be the point of focus for defence to blame her .

They may have made the statement that no one else will be charged in this case but hopefully there will come a day that she is charged.

I can't think of a single reason why he would want to unless he was molesting her. I absolutely hated having to deal with my ex's daughters with no one else around just because I didn't want to be accused of something. To this day, I still worry that she may try and say I did something to her kids out of spite. And we split 10 yrs ago. That's just how hateful she is. TBH, I also worried that she was letting something happen to our daughter. Our daughter passed away at 22 months old when my ex wrecked while texting and driving. To this day, I worry that she let her nasty little bro or her ex abuse our child. Especially her little brother. Why? He was caught molesting family members previously. And his mom never did anything about it
My 13 yr old son got separated at the beach while on vacation. The ocean. I was pretty hysterical and called 911 after 20 mins of searching. He was found safe thank God. Her calmness speaks volumes, medicated or not.
Her plea for her seemed very disingenuous. It's as if she was struggling to think of the right words to use and say. If you watch the pleas of innocent parents of missing children. Their words are clearly genuine, from the heart, and with no amount of thought behind them. Their words were fluid, flowing smoothly from their mouths, while having desperation in the tone and their demeanor. Some mothers were unable to even speak, but no innocent parents have the type of behavior and demeanor as Jen. And if you look up videos of guilty parents making a plea to the public for their children. They all have a very similar way of speaking, where you can see them thinking, and struggling to find the words that sound the best to others.
I take medicine for anxiety but I’m telling you, NO DOSE of anxiety medicine prescribed would be enough to keep me calm during the disappearance and murder of my daughter. Not buying the “medicine” excuse, even a LITTLE BIT.
Grizzly watcher here. This is how I found your channel too. Great coverage of such tragedies. Hoping to continue learning I want to enter a career in victim advocacy. Justice for Maddie. She was let down and suffered so much. Poor baby. 😭💔
That’s a beautiful career, to help other’s find their voice, heal, flourish and rise above their trauma. Just remember to “take care of yourself” by having a professional that’ll listen to you. I worked with children in foster care for over 20 years and many times I’d go home to my 3 daughters and cry while cooking because the experiences that day were just too much to bear. As they got older I’d share some things w/ my girls b/c I wanted them to know why their mom was “sad” that day. Aside from that I was in therapy to help me deal with the child abuse, neglect and violence I’d witness. I can only hope I positively impacted the babies and youth. The reward is greater than the pain I experienced.
I was a single mother and I didn't even date because of men like Sterns. I never let men around my 2 daughters much less let a man move into my home. And to let him sleep in the bed with Madeline!? Seriously?! She failed as a mother and a human!
It's a huge reason I won't date now too. I just could not risk it. Even if I met my #1 perfect soul mate, I'll never live with a partner again before my daughter is grown and out of the nest. Prob not even then.

I was a divorced Mum with one daughter and dogs and cats after escaping an abusive marriage. No man came anywhere near my home. As a single woman one knows exactly what is going on in one's home when one is not at work, and hopefully also when one is at work, and especially at night. Most women wake up when a pin drops in the house at night. When my dogs wanted to go out at night, they wouldn't bark or nuzzle. They'd sit next to my bed and stare at me and that was enough to get me up to let them out. Jen Soto is seriously difficult to believe.
I grew up as the only child and my mother in 30 years has never brought a man home ,she never drank and always put me 1st now she is not well ,I refuse to put her in a home ,I will look after her as long as she has on this earth, tomorrow bit off the point but she failed as a mother that poor girl

They didn’t watch all of Sister Act, they started to watch it. But still, it seems like MS didn’t get that many gifts if they only had thirty minutes to unbox them, sing a verse of “I Will Follow Him” and watch that part of the movie.
Jen said she didn't see her daughter in the morning, yet she corrected Stephen about what Madeline was wearing that morning in the conversation with police.
Wow never thought of that. Another thing is jenn never went upstairs to see if maybe Madelyn returned and was upstairs. She told police when she went home after her mother's she never went back upstairs.
What Gisela said about the photos of SS’s and Madeline’s underwear being found in JENN’S master bedroom is a bombshell! I haven’t heard this mentioned on any other channel. I’m still making my way through the new 900 page document drop, this is shocking. It really changes everything imo.

She wrote everything about how Trauma affects her daily life. How it affects her memory. How she responds when she sees her perpetrator. SHE IS NOT CLUELESS.

My daughter went missing one time for days as she has schizophrenia. I was a train wreck. I couldnt eat, sleep or sit still. I thought i would have to unalive myself as the pain was so severe. I called her in as a missing person after only three hours of her going missing from my apartment

What shocks me is that Maddie was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism and was prescribed regular meds who was assessing her and why didn’t they pick up that she was being SA’d … for years ??? How many other kids are slipping through the cracks with these health professionals who are dishing out these meds ??

Speaking from experience in this exact situation. Child of a single mother, molested for 3 years by her common law husband of 7 years. She told everyone she had no knowledge even though she put me on birth control so I wouldn't get pregnant by him. Jenn Soto knew and turned a blind eye because she wanted too
First of all I'm so sorry this happened to you. This sort of thing happens more often than ppl realize. Most of the time the mother is worried about losing her meal ticket and a place to live for both her & her children. The mothers quite often a victim of child abuse and SA herself and we all know how those behaviors seem to pass on to offspring. I'm quite sure you've broken the cycle but make sure you talk to your children ( when they're old enough) about these sorts of things.

No photos, videos, texts, taped conversations, no Stephen saying she was involved.
At this point I doubt she could be a good witness for prosecution , maybe for the defence . She is despised by people . Who knows , maybe his defence will be that she told him to do it ? Since there are no witnesses she might be the point of focus for defence to blame her .

She allowed Maddie to be SA'd by that evil monster. She is culpable!!! and needs to be charged. I doubt any LE Officials are going to openly show their hand to the public. They may have made the statement that no one else will be charged in this case but hopefully there will come a day that she is charged.

I can't think of a single reason why he would want to unless he was molesting her. I absolutely hated having to deal with my ex's daughters with no one else around just because I didn't want to be accused of something.
To this day, I still worry that she may try and say I did something to her kids out of spite. And we split 10 yrs ago. That's just how hateful she is.
TBH, I also worried that she was letting something happen to our daughter. Our daughter passed away at 22 months old when my ex wrecked while texting and driving. To this day, I worry that she let her nasty little bro or her ex abuse our child. Especially her little brother. Why? He was caught molesting family members previously. And his mom never did anything about it

My 13 yr old son got separated at the beach while on vacation. The ocean. I was pretty hysterical and called 911 after 20 mins of searching. He was found safe thank God. Her calmness speaks volumes, medicated or not.

Her plea for her seemed very disingenuous. It's as if she was struggling to think of the right words to use and say. If you watch the pleas of innocent parents of missing children. Their words are clearly genuine, from the heart, and with no amount of thought behind them. Their words were fluid, flowing smoothly from their mouths, while having desperation in the tone and their demeanor. Some mothers were unable to even speak, but no innocent parents have the type of behavior and demeanor as Jen. And if you look up videos of guilty parents making a plea to the public for their children. They all have a very similar way of speaking, where you can see them thinking, and struggling to find the words that sound the best to others.
I take medicine for anxiety but I’m telling you, NO DOSE of anxiety medicine prescribed would be enough to keep me calm during the disappearance and murder of my daughter. Not buying the “medicine” excuse, even a LITTLE BIT.

That’s a beautiful career, to help other’s find their voice, heal, flourish and rise above their trauma. Just remember to “take care of yourself” by having a professional that’ll listen to you. I worked with children in foster care for over 20 years and many times I’d go home to my 3 daughters and cry while cooking because the experiences that day were just too much to bear. As they got older I’d share some things w/ my girls
b/c I wanted them to know why their mom was “sad” that day. Aside from that I was in therapy to help me deal with the child abuse, neglect and violence I’d witness. I can only hope I positively impacted the babies and youth.
The reward is greater than the pain I experienced.

I was a single mother and I didn't even date because of men like Sterns. I never let men around my 2 daughters much less let a man move into my home. And to let him sleep in the bed with Madeline!? Seriously?! She failed as a mother and a human!
It's a huge reason I won't date now too. I just could not risk it. Even if I met my #1 perfect soul mate, I'll never live with a partner again before my daughter is grown and out of the nest. Prob not even then.

I was a divorced Mum with one daughter and dogs and cats after escaping an abusive marriage. No man came anywhere near my home. As a single woman one knows exactly what is going on in one's home when one is not at work, and hopefully also when one is at work, and especially at night. Most women wake up when a pin drops in the house at night. When my dogs wanted to go out at night, they wouldn't bark or nuzzle. They'd sit next to my bed and stare at me and that was enough to get me up to let them out. Jen Soto is seriously difficult to believe.
My mom was the same way as a single mom.
I grew up as the only child and my mother in 30 years has never brought a man home ,she never drank and always put me 1st now she is not well ,I refuse to put her in a home ,I will look after her as long as she has on this earth, tomorrow bit off the point but she failed as a mother that poor girl

Wow never thought of that. Another thing is jenn never went upstairs to see if maybe Madelyn returned and was upstairs. She told police when she went home after her mother's she never went back upstairs.
What Gisela said about the photos of SS’s and Madeline’s underwear being found in JENN’S master bedroom is a bombshell! I haven’t heard this mentioned on any other channel. I’m still making my way through the new 900 page document drop, this is shocking. It really changes everything imo.

Jenn wrote in a notebook that the cops found when applying for a Disability check. She wrote everything about how Trauma affects her daily life. How it affects her memory. How she responds when she sees her perpetrator. SHE IS NOT CLUELESS.

My daughter went missing one time for days as she has schizophrenia. I was a train wreck. I couldnt eat, sleep or sit still. I thought i would have to unalive myself as the pain was so severe. I called her in as a missing person after only three hours of her going missing from my apartment

What shocks me is that Maddie was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism and was prescribed regular meds who was assessing her and why didn’t they pick up that she was being SA’d … for years ??? How many other kids are slipping through the cracks with these health professionals who are dishing out these meds ??

Speaking from experience in this exact situation. Child of a single mother, molested for 3 years by her common law husband of 7 years. She told everyone she had no knowledge even though she put me on birth control so I wouldn't get pregnant by him. Jenn Soto knew and turned a blind eye because she wanted too
I’m so sorry you had to go through that ❤️ sending healing energy your way.
First of all I'm so sorry this happened to you. This sort of thing happens more often than ppl realize. Most of the time the mother is worried about losing her meal ticket and a place to live for both her & her children. The mothers quite often a victim of child abuse and SA herself and we all know how those behaviors seem to pass on to offspring. I'm quite sure you've broken the cycle but make sure you talk to your children ( when they're old enough) about these sorts of things.

Poor Maddie was failed by everyone that knew her, mom, grandparents, friends, teachers, school counsellor, each and every one of them if they had just said something could've made a difference.
Sending a teenage girl to bed with your ex bf who is a full grown adult male is just wrong on every level. There is no excuse on earth that could now sway me to think she deserves a chance.....especially after finding out Jenn specifically said she didn't think that the SA happening to Maddie was evil!!!

@@HiroForever wtf is right! That poor baby never had a chance. I'm glad that her suffering has finally ended. She would have taken her own life eventually, but probably not until she was in her forties. She deserves her wings and 😇 halo, and is free from the torture she was forced to endure.

I have a feeling that Jen Soto was jealous of Maddie in a twisted way which is why she’s still covering. I can only hope charges havent been brought because they are still getting enough evidence to nail the coffin.
