    • @youtube.account-d9v
      @youtube.account-d9v 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Exactly! That whiny tone and incessent blabbering fake cryers always do annoys me so much, contrasted to someone really crying always immediately moves me to tears. If there's one thing I've learned it's that no one that is really crying ever whines like that. Real tears usually make it difficult to talk, not to mention when someone is really crying they are usually too overcome with emotion to say anything much less talk so much. Fake cryers always use that childish whiny way of talking though, and they always make sure to talk a lot so people can hear them "crying". I think part of why they resort to that tactic is that real crying is way too subtle for them to be able to mimic and fake, so they immitate the crying of a 5 year old having a tantrum.

    This body language “expert” is a hack. Anyone who is empathic will know immediately - as I do, that this is not genuine. When someone genuinely cries and is in grief, I can’t stop myself from crying too. This is anxious & there is emotion, but is NOT pain nor grief. If I were to guess it’s a release and crying for everything she’d been through and that’s it’s all finally over. When she finally mentions her kids- she feels genuine grief for their loss.
    Also if it were real she would show shock and disbelief LONG before actual tears, especially since they have not said he’s dead yet.

      I'm exactly the same way, real crying and I immediately start to tear up myself. Fake crying is obvious immediately and at this point in causes me to feel extremely annoyed. Another huge tell is that annoying squeaky high pitched voice that fake criers always use. They don't have tears but they have the "tearful" voice and make sure to talk a lot using that voice. It's the way a bratty kid talks when they are upset they didn't get what they want. On the other hand, someone who is really crying normally has a hard time talking, and they most certainly don't do the prolonged "whine whine whine whine" thing like Wendi did. Lately when I hear that fake cry whining I can't help but think of the video of the idiotic muppet-like "eeee eeee eeee" whinging of that pastor John-Paul Miller (who's wife recently died in suspicious circumstances).
      I think most normal people have the instinct to suss out fake crying but some people are no longer in touch with it. Like you mentioned, one really telltale sign is that the person IMMEDIATELY breaks into "tears" before they would have even had time to process anything. Real tears in this case would have taken a bit of time, firstly for her to process that he's gone and to get through the inital denial that is normal (no one ever wants to accept that someone they cared about has died, the initial urge is to want to not believe that the person has passed). If the tears had been real, it would have taken her a bit of time to process everything and then the real tears would have naturally built up (also normally people try to compose themselves when they feel tears coming whereas fake people will force tears and play it up). Instead Wendi immediately breaks into "sobbing" and whining. Her acting is embarassing

    A woman ready to lie to family court judge and who only thinks of herself. The perfect egoist. Wendy Adelson not only manipulated her own family but also and brilliantly the police officers.
    I hope one day Wendy Adelson will be punished for all the harm she did to the Markel family and the boys who grew up without their father.

    • @Staronqueen

      The hysteria came on too quickly after a few tearful moments. You don’t go into hyperventilation mode so quickly; a person has to be crying for a good length of time before the body goes into the hysterical breathing pattern. She knew something had happened to her husband when she drove by the house earlier. Before the detectives could finish his first sentence, she started to cry.
      It’s like watching a badly filmed movie where the dialogue and the actions don’t match up.

    • @glamdolly30
      @glamdolly30 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Exactly right, great point. Not only was her fake crying very over the top, it simply didn't make sense she would react like that about an ex-husband she hated, and was fighting a vicious custody battle with! That's how distraught you'd be if your current, much-loved husband died - not your despised ex!
      Her overly-dramatic sobbing is plainly all for show - she's an attorney, who understands the legal system and knew that video footage of her in the police interrogation room being told of Dan's shooting would be viewed and analysed endlessly for her reaction. I doubt she's any stranger to body language either, and she no doubt knew the moves/gestures that indicate 'innocence'. Ridiculous that so-called 'expert' believes she's not guilty, just because she threw her palms up!
      As others have mentioned in the comments, Wendi knew Dan had custody of their two children that day. Surely an innocent woman with no clue about the murder plot would have been panic-stricken about her little boys' safety. The first thing out of her mouth to police would be; 'Are my kids OK?'
      But curiously, Wendi never mentioned them. It's like she knew Dan had dropped the boys safe at school, and was shot later, when he arrived home, alone in his car...

    Why did she text her husband to make sure he is there for his own murder?
    How did the killers know his schedule? How did charlie know all of markel plans ?
    Why did she try to frame her brother from the beginning?
    Who benefited from Dan’s death? Dan if he won he would jeopardize her law license and held her in contempt for all the lies that she had committed, then are you kidding that she is not involved! There is a video on TH-cam where it plays a side by side of Wendi’s video and Dalia Dipilito’s video. Wendi looks oddly similar to Dalia’s reaction when Dalia reached out to hug the police who told her that her husband died - when she tried to hire a Hitman to kill her then husband at the time - thankfully Dalia’s efforts were thwarted. Dalia was charged and convicted. Similarly, Wendi is guilty. She is just harder to charge than her family bc as an attorney she knew some of what to do so as to not implicate herself but her time is running out IMO. I won’t be surprised if she is arrested and charged right before Donna’s trial.

    How many times do we need to hear her say "my expert experience"??? A good body language expert does not only look at the actions but also listen to see if the actions match up to the words spoken. If Charlie hadn't been involved (which at the time of the interview was still unknown), why would she bring up his name? She also mentioned her parents would never do anything to hurt DM or talk bad about DM to their grandchildren. But we learnt later that Donna had indeed called DM "stupid" to the children. Whether the parents had done anything to hurt DM - we don't know for certain... yet. But we see the pattern. Wendi giving away too much info (whether intentionally or not) that turn out to be useful in the investigation of the murder of DM.

    I am a mother. I adopted my daughter from Ukraine at 6 years old. Her early childhood was HELL! My social worker insisted here in Canada that I not go through with the adoption process and insisted I go back to Ukraine officials and get a new match with another much younger child. I refused and thought I could love her and altar her future. My daughter is now an adult an has Antti Social Personality Disorder. My daughter can duplicate Wendies acts and verblage. Truely amazing. Wendy is a sociopath. My daughter was diagnosed in Canada only after consultations with 3 doctors! Yes, my daughter is physically beautiful. However, due to her actions and serious lack of any emotion (only for feigning), I can no longer allow her to live with me.
    My daughter is now a Marine Biologist. Her intelligence is OUTSTANDING. My daughter is a much younger version of Wendy...so sad... early childhood neglect, hostile parenting at a very young age, genetics plays a role....Sooo sad...

      Sending extra angels on your path. I empathize because friends adopted 3 children from China. (They all had special medical needs - all fixed via surgery once in the US) The oldest, who was 4 when adopted, was been diagnosed with RAD.
      Despite both parents being MDs, great support of family and community, their child - now 18 - has put them all through a nightmare. Unlike your daughter, he shows no academic promise or any interest in his own future.
      This is a dreadful take, but I've honestly wondered how they all don't move away in the night. Nor can I imagine the pain that he feels. It's not like he chose to be in an orphanage where starvation and physical abuse occurred for years.

      However not that good. She can turn on and off the "water works" and the high pitch voice and she goes to squeezing her eyes and face when she wants those crocodile tears. People who genuinely cry it's not where you can turn on and off nor do the squeeze their face like on command. If she truly was concerned about Dan she wouldn't come with all these certain statements but would have tons of questions. In addition, when people cry the tears just really come streaming down and only way to control it is when you do take deep breathes, hold your breath and if it's just too much to bear you do squeeze your face. When my mom died (I never had a healthy relationship with her) my waterworks just went and I sobbed but talking to my friends it wasn't wear the tears could easily be controlled. I'm not really a crier especially in front of people I don't know on a deep level so I do tend to hold my breath to give myself a moment to be able to talk coherently.

    I could be very wrong…BUT, I think his was planned for a very long time. I don’t think they included her in the actual “planning” stage but if you watch and listen to the calls between her mother and brother, you can tell that her brother absolutely CAN NOT KEEP HIS MOUTH CLOSED! I believe he hinted to what was going on so she started her own plan to be ready when it happened. Wendi is very smart. Wendi is used to getting her way. Wendi wanted to be ready when Charlie took care of her problem by learning how to react, how to respond when this happened. Just one old ladies thoughts. I also think she offered Charlie up to MAKE SURE they didn’t look her way! I think she is a psychopath and did not care if CHARLIE got busted because she knew neither he nor her mom would ever give her up because of the kids. And the TV REPAIR THING….her alibi…that had to be planned. So…did she know? Yeah…I think she knew SOMETHING! Again…just my thoughts!

      This. 100%.
      I believe Wendi knew something was in the works.
      Though it's hardly proof, she didn't finish driving down the street when she saw crime tape, LE vehicles, etc. Imo, that's not a normal reaction.
      Jeffrey Lacasse, her recent bf, submitted several instances of very sketchy behavior that point to actual involvement. If anything makes me think she was in on it, it was when she kept trying to get his exact route/time of departure for a planned trip.
      If Cappleman, et al, had evidence they thought would stand up - especially given the limited immunity Wendi has - they would've charged her before now.
      It doesn't matter how much second guessing this panel of 'experts' does: it's up to the DA.

    Thank you Vinnie for keeping this case before the public. The woman in green spent a lot of her time emphatically saying non relevant things. Wendi was doing the best “act” job of her life here (spurred on by Donna). Of course she knew body language enough to hold her palms out, cry, lie and voice any “suspicions” that might come up. She KNEW Charlie’s joke would come up, so she addressed it first. Wendi is a strategic planner, and IMHO the real mastermind behind this murder. She knew enough about the part she would have to play and to step back far enough so that nothing could be traced to her. There’s more to this story than we know so far.

    I have serious doubts on the capability of the body language expert. It takes minimal expertise to realise she is faking, Janine. Although I hate to cast aspersions on a colleague, I express open distrust for Janine Driver's opinion here. Wendy entire body language suggests she is acting and not genuine in any way about her sorrow for Dan's situation. For the record, Wendi manipulated her mother and brother into this so she is the MOST guilty of this crime. Somehow I believe that Dan will not rest until Wendi is behind bars. There is a TON of karma heading Wendi's way. As for lunatics that pass off as experts, laughable!!!!!!
