I got some crazy Legendary shotgun at level 12 which has some crazy electricity effects! If 2 or more enemies are close to each other and you shoot one the lightning will chain on all of them and do crazy damage! Gun was level 12 and it did a lot of damage even when I reached level 40! Don’t remember who dropped it nor where
I love lectra city so much. I remember the first time there I only spent like 10 mins inside and explored none of it. Going back later and seeing just how big and layerd it was... Fantastic.
That side quest took me legit an hour to beat. Between the mobs every way and the cross map objectives and that damn boss being 3 levels higher than everything else so I wasn’t ready at all.
I discovered an interesting way to farm this guy if you kill yourself as he is dying; you'll be sent to the new u station causing him to also spawn again as if you lost the fight making farming slightly faster.
I like to think that the engineer at Dahl who designed this SMG was at some point transferred over to the pistols department and then just decided to use the same schematics on a pistol. He just turned the barrel upside down to shoot an A instead of a V. It just really fleshes out the back story of the unsung gun designers.
Found a Maliwan pistol that shoots fireballs from Mario. The fireballs make the same sound as the ones from the game. The flavour text is: Flower power. Just thought i'd share

a fun fact about this weapon : you can activate the floor panel in the arena of killavolt . not usefull on the boss since he is resitant or immunise to electric damage , but very funny when you play with friend and you constantly shoot under them .
9 volt is an absolute beast! It allows you to fry ANYTHING in no time flat. Not sure myself if it's any good late game, but early game if you get it, it makes the game almost a cakewalk! grab one fah sho!
Seems to me that the 9-volt and AAA are interchangeable in how you use them, given they're burst-fire only, small mag size, fast reload, shock only. The only MAJOR difference between them is that the AAA fires in an A pattern, and the 9-Volt fires in a V pattern.
I LOVE this gun. Got it first try from the boss and it shreds. The best part is that it kills faster than a lot of sub machine guns and only uses 9 shots at a time, so there's barely any ammo consumption.
Legendaries are in the golden loot chest if your on PC and using a trainer you can get unlimited gold keys which means free legendary tier loot or if you have alot of Eridium like over a million and at 50 you'll get even better gear. So far I haven't seen pearls yet

FYI in Lectra city there's a "puzzle" where you need to press some buttons in the right order.. when you do a door opens and a big guy spawns.. he dropped a legendary shotgun for me that has a 50% chance to not use any ammo when shooting + some really high crit dmg.. I can run around and one-shot "small" enemies, whit crit shots

I was farming this dude with a friend and my buddy got this twice in a row. He actually has found 4 to 5 legendaries while me and the rest of my group found none. Oh the pain haha
that whole arena floor is electric thing was a bug there were meant to be spots not completely affected to stay safe on patched now for people who don't know

Did you also know that the other reason it's called the 9Volt is because there's 9 letters in the name Killavolt, and because the quest takes 9 hours to complete?
Why am I so in love with Dahl legendary weapons on Amara. 9 volt, AAA, and the ripper so far at my favorite things in the game I want a ripper on my rush Amara with annointed 150-300% increase bullet damage after action skill paired with laid bare, wraith, the melee bonus and Dread with fist over matter she could match Fl4k fade away. Possibly multiplicative debuff with massive damage buff. And AAA to build stacks for Avatar duel casting with Max stacks
@@dramamine755 depending on gear like relic and class and annointed gear I definitely believe it Amara, but that new Zane buff with cutsman smg definitely puts him on par with a non annointed gear if not stronger because how barrier is multiplicative of the damage. But idk yet because laid bare hasn't been tested if it's a multiplicative debuff.

A lot of new content but not many differences in terms of gameplay. If you liked Bl2 you'll probably enjoy it, just don't expect anything revolutionary. If you are gonna get it on PC my recommendation is to wait maybe a week or two because it's got some nasty technical issues.

Deadlift on UVHM without a grounded shield was near impossible.

I found a transformer in the city before fighting killavolt, it was a really easy fight with that.

There is also a triple A gun. It has 3 shot burst fire and fires an A shaped spread

If you find a shield called The Transformer he becomes very weak
Edit: there’s a shield about a red suit that also allows you to walk on “water”

I found a Hyperion legendary shield named 'Front Loader'. That dude at the end of the Athenas main mission drops it (Traunt?).
He can also drop the Transformer. Its an absorbtion shield that grants immunity to Shock. Works wonders for this fight in particular

The shotgun is called 'gratifying bangstick' its just a purple torgue shotty with a sticky mode. Fl4k has a few skills that makes it really good

Captain Traunt also drops a fuck ton of returning legendaries, gotten four from him in about an hour
If you shot this weapon on the floor of the boss arena it will make the same attack that the boss make on the floor

She's the strongest one now. Flak's only viable build is gutted

Well yeah you out leveled the gun. The duc was good in the end game but gearbox nerfed all jakobs
