What makes this weapon legendary is it's hidden effect. Most weapons in BL3 are projectile weapons, this one is a hit-scan weapon meaning whatever you're aiming at will take damage the moment you pull the trigger. After knowing this, you can legit tell a difference when firing this compared to every other shotgun. The good fire rate on top of it makes it really satisfying to use IMO.
With the Phebert it’s red text effect essentially sacrifices pellet count, and increases ammo consumption, to turn it into a hitscan weapon meaning that the projectile velocity is more or less instantaneous.
If you go to Athena and kill the captain boss there, it gives u a lot of torque weapons for the sticky overpowered combo with FL4K and an amp shield that gives health

this is one of the best shotguns in the game, if you can aim and you crit with this, you will be running through crowds in seconds, flak critbuild would be unfair with this, running mags and shield moze and it just wrecks anything

Hey joltz, just figured out you can shoot torgue shotguns at your feet with fl4k on sticky mode and then explode them which activates a stack of furious attack for every pellet, allowing you to get lots of furious attack stacks fast!
Theres a shotgun sniper you get for doing the help the robot find his head quest, in the dahl mine i think it was you having to kill the boss at the end of the quest and he has a chance to drop a blue (newer teeth of teramorphis style) shotgun, or a legendary alien barrel sniper switcher to a shotgun
Hey Joltz, in the underground of Lecta City there is a farm and it relates to one punch man. There are 5 screens outside of a door and switches in a room across from it. It drops legendary shotguns really fast and good ones
Video Game Sanctuary this video was taken nearer release. The games drop rates especially on first playthrough were considerably higher back then which is why he got it first try probably. They nerfed the drop rates into oblivion. M4 is still ok but normal mode used to be better than what m4 is today at launch.

Hey jolts when you go do the mission to kill killavolt and get Jenny's token if you follow the monorail tunnel on the right there is a passage that will have switches on one side and a door further down the hall if you get all 5 TVs on it will spawn a badass psycho named one punch that will 1 shot you with a single smack
Got this with a 100% cryo anoinment for zane. This gun is top tier on mayhem 4. It is capable of bossing and mobbing with the right build. The only downside is it consumes a lot of ammo but this can be fixed with a facepuncher cutpurse combo. Seriously guys this is worth a farm and I am surprised that it's flown under the radar. Nobody shows this shotty any love hahaha.

I was having a blast when I got it to drop. It only takes two headshots for a normal enemy and they explode into pieces. Maybe you were using it wrong.

Found them on Day 2, first time in Lectra City and got the legendary first drop. Second attempt got One Punch's legendary. Much prefer the One Punch compared to this especially with ammo conservation perks.

Joltz, pretty sure it's just your prefix that makes it two pellets. Redundant. That's why it cost 2 per shot, it doubled the pellet count.

Not all versions of this shot gun do the same status. I got this shot gun around 18-19 and it was normal dmg. But has 489% crit dmg.

The two pellets and 2 ammo per shot is an accessory, hence the redundant prefix. I'm pretty sure this shotgun has one projectile.
Make sure you farm the Rampager for the Quadromizer. Mines radiation and I’m pretty sure it’s the new norfleet

If you pick up the bounty for them and don't kill morty they will spawn every time just resest after you kill wick and they will always be there

Based on your butched weapon guide, I think the redundant mod is causing the 2 ammo cost as well as the 2 pellets.

I found this with the Redundant prefix as well, but my element was shock.
So basically i cant refarm lets say the brain boss at 21,because it stays at 13 and dropps stuff for that level in solo? why doesnt it scale in solo..

if you beat the game then enable mayhem mode all enemies will scale
