I'm a new rider aswell and about 6-8 months ago i flipped OTB and tore something in my knee, MCL, ACL, not too sure but it healed within 2 months and watching video's like yours, definitely makes me happy that i chose this sport. I'm not even able to hit jumps yet cause i'm too nervous and afraid but i have tried hit some mini jumps in the past and was having issues keeping my bike balanced, id either go forward too much or backward too much. Anyways sorry for the ramble, great video and awesome inspiration for someone like me!
Hey man just some advice when there are fast guys out there all you have to do is hold ur line they are faster there gonna find away around you 😂 good content tho 👍
If you try to take the ruds, just hold on to the handlebars and let the motorcycle steer itself. If you try to steer yourself, the front wheel will break out. This tip helped me extremely 🙌🏻
“I’m bouncing off the top, I’ll count it “ stickers dropping soon? 😂 bro endless amount of comedy hahah I love it man hahha sounds like me on a track hahaha
Awesome content dude💪 the white mapping is running leaner so you should get more power and aggressiveness on the white mapping😄 Get well soon and keep up the work🚀
Yo! Hope you are fine! Exact same jump I broke my ankle on and it was pretty similar I just was completely sideways on the case job. As you said, good to get out of that without breaking anything👍👍. I’m back riding finally after 5 months. See you soon
Literally I had the same thing last month but I ended up smashing my c1-c7 which is like your neck area and then broke my lower vertebrae, dislocated shoulder , three cuts in liver and three broken ribs and I have been in a neck and back brace for a month and still am in it I was going 71 flew 32-34ft and the discomfort in the shoulder was irritating
Just a suggestion the reason your bike is kicking may be the rebound of your suspension meaning when you take off of the jump you bike is kicking left or right potentially causing your crash anyways love your videos.
Crazy how you struggle in ruts but you want to full send every jump, that tabletop looks huge... One things for sure you got balls man. Hope the shoulder isnt too bad.
Yeah i think I'm just afraid of falling over and getting muddy. Idk why but i get soo infuriated when i get covered in mud lol. There's room for error in jumps despite how scary they are but with ruts they require alot more skill it seems.
Hey oudi i got my kx 250f about 2 years ago and the buggest tbing that i learned is to never let off of the throttle at the tip of the jump beacuse what happened to me and too you is we nose dived and/or cased the jump wich made me fall so my biggest tip for you is if your about to hit the jump make sure to give it full throttle all the way up trust me beacuse once i did that i stopped nose diveing and at thr same time stopped casseing. Anyways hope u get better and heal up quickly

Good tip for you dude, Find the best rider whenever you go out and try to make friends with them. Just spark up some conversation and try to pick their brain here and there about how they ride the track you're at and if they have any pointers for you. Before you know it you'll have a bunch of buddies that ride and be the rider everyone is watching and asking for tips.
i think you are gassing up on the jump causing the bike to go sideways. if you keep the gas steady before the jump and all the way up, the jumps will be more stable. You are the king btw
Also for ruts speed try to hold clutch till midway through then slowly let go. Also you really want to keep higher rpms in the corner. Also make sure to not blip the throttle when your about to hit jumps
I dislocated my shoulder playing rugby and couldn't get up. I was on the ground for 1hour and 30 mins. I chipped my glenoid and had surgery a few days ago
Ruts arent looking too bad but just for future reference when youre going into the rut look at the start of the rut and keep consistent throttle and when youre going through the rut look at the end of the rut because you go where you look but just keep working on it and they will get more consistent and better the more you practice
Hey Bro.. hope you are feeling okay..I popped my shoulder out and back in at the track once..it hurt like hell for weeks...hopefully thats not the case for you.🙏
The first pop didn't hurt at all, then I tried to convince myself i could ride and tried moving it around in a circular motion, then it popped out AGAIN and that's when I almost fainted from the pain. It's been almost 3 weeks and it's come a long way in soo little time but unfortunately i still need a damn MRI per my doctor 😭😭 Hope you don't ever have to deal with shoulder issues again haha
Try to lean your back when speeding up to a jump and then lean forward so you won't wake up from a backflip. Once you reach the ground try to land with both of your tires but don't lean your front tire forward that much.
adrenaline saved you there at the end bro, i know for damn well you couldnt raise that arm when you got home AT ALL haha. same thing happened to me only i looped a wheelie and fell on my left
I tried to continue riding after this happened...my friends told me not to continue and I say "nah bro I'm fine look at my arm *moves it up an it dislocates A SECOND TIME* After that I decided I was done 😂 The 2nd dislocation hurt like crap but i was able to put it back in place again. I couldn't move my arm for like a week after 😭
@@mxoudi oh my god.. hahaha, same thing happened to me, when i fell i ran back to my bike to pick it up again and my shoulder just kind of snapped back in place. but damn bro😂
Thanks bro haha. No surprise i crashed riding like the way i did that day lmfao. Technique left the chat that day. Was a lil too excited to ride that track lmfao.
And just make sure your body is inline with the bike or centered. If your body is a little bit off your bike may kick sideways. That’s why when you see people whip they carve on the jump face and lean with the bike instead of just turning the bike
i dislocated my arm and was the worst pain ive ever experienced. I crashed hard got back up to keep racing, went to wheeling over a whoop and it popped out and dropped down so i had to go to er to get put back in place
Yeah dude it hurts, it popped out again shortly after i ended the video. I moved it around to prove to my friends that i was good to ride and then it popped out again 😭😭 i almost fainted from the pain alone.
Same man, had my arm hanging about 4 inches lower and had to get put back in at e.r twice now. It's not too bad as soon as it happens, but when it's dislocated that bad, usually you can't pop it in yourself or in time. After about 10-20 minutes it starts becoming extremely painful. I've also popped it out but not crazy bad and popped it in myself without needing to go to e.r but needless to say it's a permanent injury and now having a shoulder injury, it will always pop out even when you think it's healed up and you feel fine, that's how you get injured again.
I think you might be accelerating too hard on the jump and that kicks your rear wheel out sideways. Gotta keep more momentum in the corners and keep the throttle steady on the takeoff. wishing you a fast recovery.
@@mxoudi its always a combination of things, but trying to ride smooth made me a lot safer. if you apply waaaay too much throttle you do lose traction and go sideways. but its more that your front wheel is already in the air and the rear wheel pushes you forward without the front guiding where you are going. like the rear wants to overtake the front. if you keep the acceleration the same through the whole jump you dont get that push. weird physics stuff... youll just get a feel for it eventually if you play around with it. if you jump fully straight, that effect probably doesnt happen on throttle and the more sideways you jump, the more it happens. might also be how you whip, but ive never tried that!
@@mxoudi at 2:52 it looks like your rear wheel slid to the left before the jump so your wheels werent aligned, then you were hard on the throttle so it flung you into the other direction as soon as your front lifted. if you know somebody with a helmet cam you could ask them to follow you for a couple of laps so you can see whats happening with the bike from another perspective... and upload it for us viewers of course🤣
My shoulder got dislocated really bad where it was hanging like 4 inches lower my arm, needless to say I never got surgery and now my shoulder pops out of socket if I make any wrong movement. Hopefully your shoulder isn't as bad as mine, it really affected my life, I might even get a surgery to get it fixed.
Sheesh, that's rough man. My doc said I should get an mri just to be safe. There's a tiny chance it'll need surgery. Hope you get whatever it takes to get surgery done!
Same thing with me, popped mine out on a dirt bike and it’s never been right since, had it pop out when I 3 times in 2 months… deffs going too need surgery on mine, I would suggest maybe go see a physiotherapist and do recovery training to strengthen it back up
@@Evaqhx yeah the doctor said since I popped it out twice it needs an mri, I'm definitely going to be doing physical therapy like I did with my knee and strength and it back up. I did a great job with my knee and I plan to do the same thing with my shoulder and I'm hoping to get it as strong as it was before the crash if at all possible although it's unlikely it will return to its original state I will do my best
