This is the band I listen to when i need to calm my temper, they help me get out my aggression 😂. This band has everything I like good, heavy hard rocking music that’s also melodic. Intelligent insightful lyrics. And vocals that are aggressive without being just screamed. I know every song by this band and they are probably my most listened to band of all.

I love Breaking Benjamin, have been my favourite band since 2004 when I heard So Cold which you should react to at some point! Diary of Jane is just a great throwback song and instantly gets your head banging time and time again :)

One of my favorite bands for sure, can't think of anything I don't like by them. Some other good ones are, Breath, Firefly, Dance with the Devil, Sooner or Later, So Cold, Blow Me Away, Angels Fall, Crawl, I Will Not Bow, Here We Are, Home, Lights Out, Next to Nothing, Rain, What Lies Beneath, Unknown Soldier, Without You, I could keep going but I think I made my point.

i was too focused on the drums on this one. they really stood out. so i will have to hear it again for the vocals. as far as the song, its zoned , in the pocket, and fresh. i like it.

Might I recommend what I feel is one of Breaking Benjamin's more underrated songs. I think you should give Firefly a listen. It made it's way onto a few video game soundtracks, but somehow was left off BB own greatest hits CD.
I love this song when running, good beats and fast pace.

They are my favorite LIVE band ever. I've seen them twice and they were the greatest rock shows that i've seen. Their "WE ARE NOT ALONE " was rockin' from front to back. You should check out "AWAY"!!!

Thanks I didn't know that. ✌out my young friend. I listened to music that was loud when I was young. But since I became more enlightened I found other music that suited my soul alot more.
I don't know about the "old" thing, but it could be too loud because you had your volume a little too high lol
