Ohh I can try and do it by then but I will say some cheap things to do are in Ueno, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Did you see our nightlife video or Osaka video?
You are my favourite travel VOICE❤❤ thank you. I am just back from TOKYO. For me the nices place in the World. Sorry for language errors. I am POLISH. Have a nice day😊😊😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Happy New year
@@IslandHopperTV yeeeees a loooot!,,, this is my favourite place for now. I must to go back there this year!!! Beautiful! Nice people! Good food! Non stop SUN! Totally amazing!! Best regards from POLAND
Awesome video. I wanna visit but was going to ask a rough budget of doing these first few things ending around the biggest park? Definitely convinced now
Keep up the great work you always do the most concise commentary on fun things to do in every city you go to. Been a great help for my travels to Japan and Korea.
Are these things tourist friendly? Like with other languages, not just in Japanese? Like the boat tour for example, does it have english or just Japanese?
They were about the same as other developed countries. I didn’t really see any special deals but I did see some great variety of electronics I have never seen before
My lord there are so many tourists... My last trip was back in December of 2019 right before the world shut down and it wasn't anywhere near this. Granted it was during early winter but still... lol. I'm making my way back out there in January and I pray that it isn't this congested!
This is interesting enough, but you went a bit overboard witht he monetizing. This video is constantly interrupted by commercials. I am around halfways through and it's happened already around 5 times.
Btw, your showing the Meiji area when you're saying this is yoyogi park. the information you're giving is correct but wrong name. its a commong misstake Yoyogi park has a different entrence. myself thought the same for several years. Also note that Meiji closes fairly early usually before the sun goes down for "safty" reasons. so check beforehand when that area is open. Yoyogi park on the other hand is open 24/7 as i could see. The shinjuku nightlife area you where showing is called Kabukicho. Slurping of noodles is to cool them down while being able to eat faster, showing appreciation to the chef is a myth. You do that by saying Itadakimasu before starting eating and Gochisosama deshita when leaving. tokyo metropolitan government building is free alternative for amazing view of the city so if you're allready in shinjuku i would deffinitly go there. Kabukicho tower is overhyped, if you're there by all means go inn, if not skip it, really not worth it, small arcade in second floor overpriced food stalls in first floort. they do have an interactive 3d experience that cost something cant remember the price at the top of my head.
The video was great, but your pronunciation is pretty wild, I had to rewind when I heard you pronounce "Kaminarimon", lol. I get that not everyone knows how to pronounce words in a language that they're not completely familiar with, but I've never heard it pronounced like that.
Japanese pronunciation is difficult for English speakers. English is a language of inflection and strong intonation. Japanese, on the other hand, is flat with no inflection and does not use the R and L tongues. This is why Japanese English has an accent. The "Kaminarimon" in this video is pronounced with a very strong English accent. If you say it like this to a Japanese person, he or she will not understand you. The Japanese pronunciation of "Kaminarimon" is not rhythmic, but flat, a little slower, and with the feeling of separating words with "ka-mi-na-ri-mo-n". It is Japanese.
I have met several Japanese people who tell me particular things without explaining themselves any further! I've had enough of these mysteries! I have several questions about these people, based on my encounters! please, I want someone reasonable to answer my questions, to explain things to me until the end without omitting the details, without bad faith! I can show you their comments and you must enlighten me!

Tokio ❤
Nice ❤
thank you so much for sharing this. On question, what is the best transportation for you? metro?
I just ride the metro and take Uber or taxi in between. Taxi and Uber is very expensive. So for long distance the metro can work great.
Awesome video. I wanna visit but was going to ask a rough budget of doing these first few things ending around the biggest park? Definitely convinced now
Not sure how to budget that
Absolutely Hands Down #1 Should Be Kabukicho

Yes do it and can you make one about Nagoya
What you think of a good time to visit with less tourists and how many days to cover Tokyo.
Thanks
Probably less tourist in winter. Tokyo is just a very crowded place. All of the major cities in Japan are like this. Osaka same
In fact most of the crowding you see are the locals. Tourist make a small fraction of crowds.
October before Halloween! It’s not hot and humidity is low! And 5days or 1week?
Are these things tourist friendly? Like with other languages, not just in Japanese?
Like the boat tour for example, does it have english or just Japanese?
Also if they talk about it then sorry, im about 25% through the vid so far
Most are tourist friendly attractions. But in Japan English is not widely spoken
What was the prices like for the tech Jeff? Go pro & DJI prices? iPhone?

Is Tokyo easy to navigate for English speaking tourists?
Honestly no lol. Takes a couple days to figure it out

The best thing I did in Tokyo was leave for Osaka.
Really? Why

You don’t have to slurp. It’s a myth that it’s a compliment to the chef. People do slurp, but it’s not rude if you don’t slurp.
That’s true you definitely don’t have to slurp! Still fun to try
mario kart is really overrated :/ and honestly annoy alot of the local traffic too....
PURA ESTAFA 😂😂😂
#52 Never go there.
Are you a freemason?
No. Why?
Dude ¥3000 is not $2
You are right. It definitely is not $2 maybe i misspoke. It is about $20 where did you find that flawed narration?
@@IslandHopperTV It says it in the video at 12:38
Its so disgusting to slurp. So be respectful and dont slurp to annoy other people. They are used to not slurping in touristic places.
Fantastic video - so helpful for planning our trip in October ❤ thank you
