I have been trying to explain #8 to so many people, including my parents who have never had revenue-generating jobs or owned companies with employees.
Explaining such a simple economic concept to them has been challenging.
Early in my Commerce degree, we learned about business growth and how/when to expand. It doesn’t happen until it HAS to happen, i.e. when there is increased demand for your goods/services.
If your demand remains within capacity, but revenues increase, that’s a good time to increase wages, give bonuses or invest in other revenue streams that will THEN increase demand for goods/services and require more workers.
No business owner hires people to just sit around doing nothing (unless they’re family).

Morality is about making people better off. When two people trade, both parties are made better off. Like, if I prefer bananas but have apples and you prefer apples but have bananas, we can trade. Happiness is created in the universe, even though the total number of apples and bananas has not changed. Hence, it would be immoral to impede people from trading.
To facilitate trade, people must have human rights. I will not trade my bananas for apples if someone can just kill me or steal the apples. Hence, protecting human rights is a legitimate use of government. But, government intervention often comes with unintended consequences that make everyone worse off.

worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now l'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling.,,

They've been manipulated and that's gonna traumatize them to some degree but it's absolutely necessary to inform them and let them make their own decisions. Love you all, I hope we come out together and equal so we can continue to progress to a beautiful future where our children can prosper and further grow to enhance each other and the planet that bore us and gave us the opportunity to be great!
