I did one by accident a few days ago from a stop, fell off the bike in traffic🤦♂️. The bike went backwards, crushed the taillight then fell on its right side an broke footrest, bent rear brake and messed up my carbon akrapovic muffler. Sliders saved the rest of the bike aside from a few scratches on mirror and handlebar.
@@JosephMC27Mines got some torque. r6 throttle tube with intake and a tune, did wheelies in 1st and 2nd on accident but never looped it yet. Trying to learn clutch up
Jesusss, I have the same bike, 2020 model too, and I almost never do it in 1st, only in 2nd and 3rd, hats off to you to do it in the 1st and most snappy gear 🙌🏽
iv been doing pretty good power ups in 1st im ready for clutch ups so i can wheelie slower longer and with more control. i just cant seem to lift the bike up with the clutch maybe not enough throttle
I just tested an MT-07 a day after I passed my licensetest... Was a tad too eager on an upshift with the clutch and the front came up. Now I bought one and am looking at wheelie videos... This is bad. Amazing explanation though!
So how do you do slow wheelies without going up to 25-30mph, just a slow casual lot day? From my experience is hard to keep balance point on first gear because of how aggressive engine break is. I just happened to pick up so much speed like you did on this example... all stock too.
The ABS fault light was on on your first rip!? I was thinking it was a dash option hahahaa! There was nonactive ABS at the start and yes a really good vid cheers!!
can yall do a video on how to steer a wheelie in a sitdown? im noticing that im getting closer to BP on the 07 but i cant control it that well. In a staggered position i can do a little bit better with steering but i feel l;ike its still sloppy and can be fixed. i just need the right advice on how its done lol
Are you dumping the clutch from friction point or do you have the clutch fully pulled in? And are you giving it gas as your letting out or are you holding those rpm’s before you let out the clutch? I’m still very inconsistent on getting the front tire up.
I can only do stand ups. It feels like im to light to do sit downs, also it seems like i got more control standing up. Good video though, its definitely smart to start slow and low to get used to the feeling
Once you're in the air, are you slipping the clutch at all? Or are you just covering it, and then using throttle + foot brake to control wheelie height?
Hi dude, how are you? I still love u loads, at the end of the day I ride honda XR 125L. I sold that bike but it's still my fave it was smashed up but rideable but I love BMX fmx Mx and so on and respecting the karate Ka. I love sport I used to live sportive but had to retire due to pain.
I noticed around minute 4:41, the steering go very sloppy, is this normal? I just picked up a 2020 MT 07 and noticed sloppy steering on mine as well. Is this normal or should I get a steering stabilizer?
I know this is an old video but I got a 2021 Yamaha MT-07 and I plan on stunting mine out and learning wheelies on it :). Tomorrow after work im ripping the ABS fuse out. I hate ABS on bikes haha.
Yo bro got a 2020 mt07 my self an I spoke to a tuning place an they said it’ll be 280 altogether to take the abs off but you said you can just unplug the fuse? How do I do this? thanks matty
May I make a suggestion? Don’t have anyone else tune it besides us. Buy our tune from Twinstunts.com and send it to No limit motorsports and you will have the best running MT07
Do you think the mt09 is stuntable a lot of my buddies stunt the 07”s I just picked up a 09 after a 636 for stunting but have no clue if it’s to much power for coasters or balance point
That bike looks like it has no Engine braking compared to mine. It makes it hard to learn footbrake because I just close the throttle and it slams the front wheel down
I remember when I did my first power wheelie by accident....the only thought in my head was uh oh. That awakened something

yeah same 1 is super snappy and max is 30mph i only did it in 2nd that does it right for me
First gear for life haha 😂 but yes 2/3rd are super fun
Ive only ever done it in first 😯
iv been doing pretty good power ups in 1st im ready for clutch ups so i can wheelie slower longer and with more control. i just cant seem to lift the bike up with the clutch maybe not enough throttle
crashed doing it in first ,never again
Thanks, dude, for not pulling the abs fuse. The tutorial was on point, though.
Wasn’t my bike at the time lol 😂
I always hope in theory and in practice u are loved, all the best.
You make it look so easy man

Been practicing a couple of times now. Its hard for me to get it up but slow progress is still progress. Hope im able to soon. Thnx for the vid
Keep practising bro, soon all click together trust me
So i started today and wondering how long i have Come since u wrote this comment
Did you do it man♥️
@gabberjeltegabberjelte1013 How’s it going!

If you want to go slow(er), you have to brake harder while keeping the idle higher (from Stalling).
Rear brake and throttle bro

dude practicing slow seems like a death sentence on my mt10

We will work on a video like this 🤟

Would you recommend getting some crash bars before trying this?
Anyone knows if you can just pull the abs fuse on the new gsxs 1000 as well?

After having this motorcycle i kept getting power wheelies thats why im currently here watching how to fuggin wheelie 😂

No need for stabilizer
thats abs
Goes over crack
What Fuse is for the ABS ? I want to turn it off
Can you please explain it ? Or Show it
do you have to make any mods to the engine for better lubrication when doing constant wheelies on this bike?
I've heard on the fz to run a little bit more oil
I know this is an old video but I got a 2021 Yamaha MT-07 and I plan on stunting mine out and learning wheelies on it :). Tomorrow after work im ripping the ABS fuse out. I hate ABS on bikes haha.
Pull the fuse and sendddddd it
ABS could save your life one day.
@@TheKep never owned bikes with ABs never will haha
@@Twinstuntswhy do people hate abs on bikes? If I’m not gonna stunt on my fz07 should I keep abs on? Does it make it safer?
@@Eyeluvvyoustatistically yes
I got it up today and man it was terrifying
Can you power wheelie an mt-07
Are there any mods you suggest doing for a mt? I don’t really know what to do
Shortie clutch levers, windshield, mirror delete, fender eliminator and maybe LED switch back turn signals
What does the abs do? Is it bad?
Not bad for general road use not good for stunt riding. The brakes won't be responsive
What was that bad shaking it was doing?
Me chattering the brakes
Why would you want to remove ABS braking?
ABS braking is no good for stunt riding / racing
On a stock mt07 2021 if your planning to do alot of wheelies would you add a crash cage?
yes #1 protect your investment.
I have pads on the side. They are very small but do the job. No need for a full cage if that even exists for MT07
Quick question, why did you take the front brake off?
It's there... It's just like almost right under the throttle
Not our bike
do you need more rpm to lift it if you fat?
Just a little more throttle to bring up the extra weight
Yo! Do you think if I get an FZ07 with ABS, would that hinder the stunt capabilities in any way?
No you just have to remove the abs like in this video🤘
Where do you guys meet up? Can't find a good spot to learn wheelie !!
Church parking lot any day but Sunday
1st gear ?
Can you guys do a scrape tutorial for the mt07 PLEASEEE
Coming right up ⬆️ 🤟

Tbh your much much better off selling the 09 or trading for a 700. The 700 is a much better platform for that style of riding
I'm confused in european. No handbrake? Only rear brake??
That bike looks like it has no Engine braking compared to mine. It makes it hard to learn footbrake because I just close the throttle and it slams the front wheel down
Nope it’s more like a traditional 600cc
I never ridden a bike yet but ik im definitely going to try to wheelie it 😂
Gear up!
Why does abs matter guys?
You do NOT want abs when stunt riding it affects brake control
Bro but with the clutch in 2° gear ?
Will work on another video once I have my hands on another Stock unit.
What kinda bar are those?
Pro Taper Ricky Carmichael
Best to delete the ABS? Easy as removing the fuse?
Start with removing fuse and then get steel braided lines that go from your masters directly to the brake calipers
Tu amigo es mexicano?
El de cachucha negra de Puebla
Every time I do it it pulls really hard and jerks me but doesn’t come up. Is that normal? It pulls so hard I feel like I’m going to break something
It’s all in the timing
“Just dump the clutch”
bone stock ... no hand brake
wtf
It's there. At 6:10 you can see it when he pops it up the handbrake is just really low
