Hi, i changed my RTR160 4v front sprocket from 13 teeth to 14 teeth. The 14 teeth sprocket was a spare part of RTR180. In my case i had lot of gap and clearance to fit that, because RTR160 4v don't have that metal curvy plate and have smaller 13 teeth sprocket. I compared RPM and Speed of stock and 14teeth sprocket. As you said, 13teeth sprocket gave a punchier pull and more acceleration. But In 14teeth the rider become linear a bit and acceleration reduced and speed increased a bit. At 5th gear, 65 kmph speed will be reached with 5000RPM in 14 teeth sprocket. For the 13 teeth 65 KMPH at 5200 RPM. But time taken to reach speed of 60 is reduced. As TVS said, RTR160 4v reaches 60 in 4.7 Secs. I did 4.1 secs with stock 13 teeth. But in 14teeth it is 4.8 secs.

Nice video. Do we have 15T sprocket for pulsar 200ns. Is it available in India?
Thanks!
I think duke 390 has 15T. You need to check for the compatibility
@@archer51277 the spline shaft of Duke 390 is different from that of 200ns
Hey dude..!
Can we install fz25 chain sprocket to apache 200 ?
This video seems we can't change front sprocket of apache but we can try with rear one
@@hardikpanchal2324 I also think that will be a viable solution as long as there is a compatible rear sprocket or can make one easily
Nope, the pitch doesn't match. RTR has 520, FZ25 has 428.
Hey bro try switching to 40t sprocket 520 of avenger 160 street
Avenger has 6 fittment holes and I dont think a160 has 40teeth rear sprocket as far i knew it had 38 teeth.
@@loganlimbu2620 no its 40t on 160 & 38t on 150
I got Avenger 150, it's 520 pitch chain sprocket kit. Can i install 428 Pitch chain sprocket kit instead of 520.
what would you recommend for ns160 top speed and acceleration? what i mean best sprocket combination. not stock sprocket
Please Please make video for Honda CB Shine 4 Speed model. It has got awfully short gearing and anything above 50 strains the engine. Please suggest a replacement socket if not video.
Rear ke to kar sakte hai na bhai, rear ka 1 video bana do plz.. i want make changes in my hornet bike.
Great video brother, even I was planing to do the same, can you tell me what will happen if we install some other brand like unicorn chain sproket, as rtr chain sproket is a bit costly, and for daily rider like me even after maintainence it last only till 17 or 18000 kms
Thanks for your information, bhai Honda CB shine 125 me jab accelerate karte sift tab hi thoda Tak Tak aavaj aata hai, or thoda friction b hota hai, kya karna chahiye or chain chakkar kitne time ya kilometre chalta hai??
Can u let us know . If we could install kick starter in apache RTR 200.
Good demonstration
And great self confidence in learning
