    I'll never understand who watches such a detailed and simple video explaining how something works so thoroughly and yet dislikes it...
    Makes me believe they weren't even interested in finding out in the first place...

      Or there is the possibility that this video doesn't actually explain jacksh_t about the engine or the transmission?? It overly focuses on the ignition part and leaves out some more important aspects. As a person who actually knows how an engine works this video was painful to watch.

    Probably the best model of a motorcycle engine I've ever seen, with a great no-fluff explanation. Smart move keeping it short and only including the ignition eletronics, and saving the clutch, transmission, timing, etc for other videos.

    This video despite being short managed to explain how the motorcycle engine works. My lazy professor on the other hand needed two hours for the whole class understand because he always seems so disinterested during lectures.

    Thank you very much! She/You just opened my eyes to the functions of the stator. I have a 1978 Honda CB125S with a very puzzling electrical problem. Now I have seen that the different windings feed different parts. Not that I'll be able to fix my bike but at least now I know a little bit more about what's going on.

    This animation has an error, the extrusion passing through the pickup coil when the piston is in the down position. actually it need to be pass through when the piston reaches to the firing position.
    Except that it's amazing, great work, great video ❤️❤️🤝👍😊

    Great explanation and amazing model. What software did you use for the animations? Can I use some segments of the video for a CDI explanation video? I would credit/mention you for it.

      I'm just guessing, but the cad software was probably Solidworks or NX. I think those are the two most popular 3d options that people use for assemblies like this. I'm not sure if the animation and rendering part is another software, because I haven't done that since I was in school.
      I have used Solidworks and NX professionally. I guess it could be Inventor or even Autocad, but I would definitely guess Solidworks or NX.
