Sprocket Change for top speed is always a scam . I did front sprocket modification of 1 teeth in my hunk . the results : 4th gear = 106 kmph(before 100 kmph ) but in 5th gear less power top was almost same even acceleration decreases dramatically . if you want to increase top you have to do a lot more then just sprocket modification like racing coil +racing CDI+ bigger bore + racing spark plugs + weight reduction of the bike + free flow exhaust and last of all make your bike more aerodynamic . By doing all these you can only increase 10 to 15 kmph difference in top speed . there are some other mods you can do , like carburetor change , ignition timing change and so on for more +3/7 kmph top . And all of that are so much to do . my opinion is dont try to do any mods and you just save as much money as you can and do it fast for your next higher cc motorcycle .

Yes... actually with my weight 85kgs, without leaning on the tank, my bike reaches 124kmph with the stock sprocket. But now it can go up to 126kmph....
I have done this set up 15 teeth of pulsar 150 sprocket it will slightly increase top end at the same time u will loose initial pick up,so I shift back to stock one,,u can try, it u will find the difference

@@shivraj6051 I do not know about the rear sprocket match. But the front one matches perfectly. You have to use pulsar 150 ug4 15T front sprocket along with its lock nut. Coz apache one does not matches with the pulsar front sprocket. Ask pulsar 15T sprocket in spares shop. Some pulsars have 14T and some have 15T. So you have to mention 15T at the shop while buying. If you want to go with smaller rear sprocket use apache 160 rear sprocket. It have 44 T. If you use smaller than this, let say 39T from pulsar, it may create noise whenever the chain gets loose.
@@mustafm11 front one is 15T from ug4 pulsar. But rear runs on 46T,RTR 180 rear stock sprocket. So on the next chain sprocket change, I am gonna go with 160 chain sprockets and 15T from pulsar ug4.

No u cant brother, pitch has to be .520. duke 390 also has .520 pitch 15T u can try that. But mind you P220 already is tall geared , I remember it does 100kph around 6.5k rpm.
@@beelzebub7713 go for 14T one. Because if you made any change with front sprocket it gonna make much difference then the rear sprocket. Try 14T and check whether it is ok for you or not. Then you try 15T. I hope 14T is enough. If you put 15T it will seriously affect the initial pickup. It struggles a lot in traffic, since it is 160.
Unicorn 150 has 15 teeth I m thinking of changing to 17 or 16 to increase milage. You could have added before change rpm vs speed and after so difference would have been noticable though good job.
Yes i could have. But i do not have a gopro to shoot all those things. For your reference now i can keep up 80kmph at 5th gear in 5-6k rpm. Before that, it can make upto 60kmph at the respective rpm. So this setup also increases the mileage too.

It is advisable to buy it from your local automotive shop bro. In online it is such a mess to find and they are not reliable, you cannot assure them. While buying them from your local automotive shop just check, whether it is manufactured by LGB ROLON or DIAMOND. They are oem of chain sprocket for all the motorcycles.

@@gameronabudget1811 sadly the carb upgrade plan was total failure 😪 due to the vacuum pressure generated in the carb affects much more when i upgraded the 33mm carb. So i have again stick to the stock carb with updated jet and nozzle.
I did the same for my TVS Victor GLX 125 cc. Front sprocket was 13T earlier, I changed to 14T sprocket of Hero Honda CD 100 SS Earlier, with 13T sprockets, I felt vibrations on handle above speed of 50, now I feel vibrations above 60 kmph speed with the 14T sprocket. I don't know, why TVS gives one teeth less to front sprocket? For my 150 cc pulsar dtsi 2005 model, front sprocket is 15T, also many bikes have front sprocket starting from 14T, only TVS bikes and Mahindra Centuro has 13T front sprocket. TVS must give one teeth extra for gear sprocket, it helps reducing load on engine.
