Hi Swati, I watch your videos but hv not commented anytime. But I thought I will share a tip with you. While you soak for dosa, soak rice with methi seeds separately and urad dal separately. Grind separately then mix the batters and ferment. This is because urad dal takes more time to rise when you grind. The quantity of dal doubles whereas rice doesn't. For idli soak udad dal separately and rice separately (no methi) again grind separately. In fact you can use idli rawa if it's available. This way idli is fluffier and soft. Same batter can be used for uttappa. Batter can be stored upto a week. By the way you are awesome and an alrounder. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
