I feel like I've gotten in a bit of a breakfast rut lately so this video was perfect. Tish! I am so happy your channel popped up in my feed. Your recipes are just what I was looking for as you eat meat and veggies in such a healthy way. I made a baked apple and put it on top of some oatmeal one day and because that was soo good. The next day I did it again with homemade Muesli which was so great. And during the weekend I baked another apple and had it on top of cashew/coconut yogurt. GIRL!! And sprinkled with Muesli, dried coconut flakes, cinnamon. It was so delicious! I have baked thus far green/granny smith, honey crisp, and tomorrow I will bake an envy apple. I love apples, apple picking which I missed doing this year. 😔 However I will be purchasing the ones I do like and bake them. Oh, I must try a baked pink lady! 💕 And the cooked down blueberries on top of some oatmeal this morning with toasted pumpkin seeds and walnuts with dried coconut! Girl, thank you!
baking apples are definitely fit for autumn ! that ginger & tumeric infusion must be so good for your throat especially in this season. plenty of us have gotten sick! yess cabbage and tamari / soy pair well!

I made the apple dessert and it was heavenly. I mixed the yo\ghurt with peanut butter and I had put the raisens in the apple as well. I did indeed miss some nuts but besides that it was delicious. Finished the whole thing. One apple is enough though if you would use it as desert

@@TishWonders Nope, no eggs in the original recipe but a lot of Rösti dishes here (there's many different versions with little twists, depending on the "canton" it's made in) also don't look as good as yours.
