Good video. As mentioned, you do not have to remove the wheel/tire.

I had to turn the wheel out, so the panel could be pulled back in past the edge of the tire, but yes, the wheel stayed on.

My turn signal bulb doesn't come on. but it does blink when I hit the turn signal . any advice on why?

Same. When I remote start, one front turn signal bulb lights up and one doesn’t. But both blink fine when I hit the turn signal or when I unlock or lock the vehicle remotely. So weird. Did you find anything out about your situation?

Are the wheel well liners different in different regions? Mines a hard plastic that does not seem to bend...

Hmm, I'm not sure. Might be more work to remove them, but I imagine it's still easier than removing the headlamp assembly.

My 2016 had plastic as well, but they did bend enough to do the job.

All the liners are hard plastic. Just use a bit of force to pull it back. It won't break
