Ps3 is in a great place right now, 5 cheap must buys off the top of my head would be mirrors edge, overlord, motorstorm Pacific rift, modnation racers and my favourite elder scrolls game oblivion.

Yeah, you can get them on game pass I guess and I would assume some are backwards compatible, not on PS4 and PS5 as far as I know, and of course they’re on PC
Why not just downloading and emulating these games? This idea of buying used (often scratched and/or in less than stellar condition) disks of games which are no longer on sale -- and with the over-inflated market price not even going to the developers -- feels like upper middle class moralizing. And a luxury, tbqh. A luxury which many people cannot (and should not) afford. Kids -- who are often broke, and can barely afford to have their parents buy them a cheap laptop -- should emulate these old games and get to see gaming history in an upscaled form factor with better frame rates. Especially in the current economic climate of uncertainty, where every penny counts.

1) Ass's Creed is terrible 2) ALL Fallout games run like complete garbage on PS3 and not worth spending even $1 on. 3) Bioshock Infinite and Split Second are fantastic.

I'd have gone with Motorstorm, or even better Motorstorm Apocalypse, those are some of my favorite PS3 racing games.

Great choices! I do have mirrors edge and I’ve always wanted to check it out. I think I had modnation racers on PSP, but I don’t have it anymore.
For me it is Killzone, why they don't remaster the Killzone games for PS5 I don't know?
