It's fine it's a 2 stroke they are designed to run wide open at high rpms what you should worry about is the guy behind the saw he's the reason why everything has warning labels.
and you don't break in a new saw like that you will burn it up faster you need to have your workers go back to school on how to run and maintain a chainsaw
