It appears that humanity is going through trauma? It seems that everyone has had some type of trauma, some a lot more than others. And how one carries that trauma through life, can manifest in so many different ways...in as many ways as there are people. Thank you all for such a deep and intense discussion! So much amazing information. We are all one...how can we not feel the trauma!
It is an important step on the way to awareness of trauma and the most profound: the internalised messages about ourselves and the world we take from the experience that are so deeply unconscious we often don't realise that the meaning is where the imbalance and pain comes from. But I believe we need an authentic witness to help us separate the actual experienced rupture of reality and the messages we created to make the pain more bearable. Learning how to listen and share experience together is a wonderfully rare thing today, but we will find our strength together or lose our souls from fear of intimacy.
