This movie shows the brutality of the occupiers and the strength and resilience of the besieged Palestinians. It is full of melancholy, sadness and loneliness of these heroic people. The title is very well chosen, in Palestine even the ancient olive trees cry😢❤.

Really should be viewed by every human being on this earth to understand the brutalities of occupation and similarities with tactics/merciless severity employed by the Third Reich over their victims in captivity. It is mind-blowing that our governments over decades have enabled and supported such evil and illegalities. There should be screenings all over the world. From 48 to 67, Gaza and West Bank belonged to Egypt and Jordan. Why are you counting those years as well? Obviously, the only reason we are talking about a Palestinian people is because of the Arab desire to not see a Jewish state in the Middle East. If Israel did not exist, there would be no talk of Palestine. The land would simply be divided between Egypt and Jordan. The Palestinians are probably some of the most radicalized people in the world. Not even their Muslim neighbours want anything to do with them and that in itself says a lot.

I've just watched this documentary made in 2022 and it's a phenomenal, powerful piece of work. Really should be viewed by every human being on this earth to understand the brutalities of occupation and similarities with tactics/merciless severity employed by the Third Reich over their victims in captivity.

From 48 to 67, Gaza and West Bank belonged to Egypt and Jordan. Why are you counting those years as well? Obviously, the only reason we are talking about a Palestinian people is because of the Arab desire to not see a Jewish state in the Middle East. If Israel did not exist, there would be no talk of Palestine. The land would simply be divided between Egypt and Jordan. The Palestinians are probably some of the most radicalized people in the world. Not even their Muslim neighbours want anything to do with them and that in itself says a lot.
Frankly I think the documentary "Where Olive Trees Weep" should be live made available to everyone and free. It is a shame to focus on profit when a film like this can enlighten the world and perhaps convert those in the world ignorant to this history, who have been brainwashed at home or alternatively manipulated by world media. The biggest thing since World War II was when Ukraine was invaded by Russia. Everyone said this is the defining moment as to whether democracy will prevail and whether a free Nation, a sovereign Nation, will be allowed to maintain its sovereignty and its freedom. AND yet that proved NOT to be the case as a new atrocity intervened on the global scene which is the Palestinian question or do we call it the Palestinian problem or what do we call it? WHEN the British left India, they hadn't tried to kill the millions and millions of Indians who inhabit the most populous nation on Earth and they had NO intention of taking all the land and killing all the people or forcing them into the adjoining countries.
