I hope that HayZee brings more maps from Anomaly Anthology - especially those locked behind separate storylines. The "different" Anomaly Custom had option to craft backpacks combined with hunter kits - so you could get Tourist Backpacks that gives you more mutant parts. And yeah shotgun is OP - even armored enemies (with exception of heavy and exos/noso) are not invincible if you don't have AP ammo.
bro imma be so honest the modpack doesnt feel like its based on anomaly custom at all anymore. 😂 its basically a soup mod for anomaly cause it just shoves every new mod in and has no identity. i think the worst part is just that it doesnt even use anomaly custom weather wich was the main reason anomaly custom looks so good.
I haven’t had any real issues so far with the mod pack. While it’s true HayZee does update it a lot, he’s doing a lot of fixing overall so it’s not bad. Most of the issues I’ve had are me setting something up wrong lmao.
It's both easier & harder than GAMMA. The repair/progression definitely feels easier but the gunplay is MUCH harder. Things deal waaaaay more dmg than GAMMA, but so do you.
They're really different from each other. As far as the "free play"/open world aspect of things, this is a lot better (imo) because of the new maps & tons of interesting mods. COC IWP is really fun gunplay with real PiP scopes but the quests leave me wanting more.
The more animations added like that to Anomaly, the more likely the game is to break, so the decision was made to stay light on them. It's commonly known as the "busy hands" bug, and the consensus among the modding community last I checked is that it would need to be fixed on an engine level.
Every time I see you lag or stutter, it makes me happy. I know I'm not the only one suffering this experience. Obviously that you play a lot more than I do, have you tried to improve?
Unfortunately there’s not much that can be done when it comes to stutters besides buying an “X3D” CPU from AMD. A friend of mine recently sold his 5800X and bought a 5800x3D and while he still stutters, it’s almost non-existent compared to my game lol.
@@Zkillscreen I often play Gamma, but the latest update feels almost no lag. Maybe because of anomaly 1.5.3, however, EFP and custom still experience lag.
A lot has been added on top of it. Like a lot. It's better to join the Discord & ask people in there cause I'm nowhere close to experiencing a majority of what this pack has to offer.
Click the key next to 1 on your keyboard (~)to open console commands and type “demo_record 1”. And then when you wanna stop either click “Enter” to teleport or Esc to go back.

Not only that, the constant updates and nonstop load order shuffling makes it a crash/lag fest. lol
Just go play custom then or make your own pack lol

It is a poorly put together crash-fest not ready for prime time with hundreds of bugs. Maybe in a year it'll be good.

@@silentcrow2806 have you tried the fix in mo2? just search for stutter and enable that file, it worked wonders for me in gamma.

Once you type it, you have to click to move forward. Shift makes you move fast, ctrl is slow etc etc.
You can also use -dbg mode in your shortcut and then use numpad 0 to do it on the fly. Great for cinematics
