- I figured I could make a movie out of all the previous episode of my GAMMA playthrough, removing some boring parts and giving it a bit more rhythm (its still long as hell ahahh) and make the first Stalker movie on this channel. Enjoy!

Like slowly/quickly (depending on the amount) deleting files from your computer untill it doesn't know what to do and later just melting your entire PC into puddle of metal rubber and plastic.

I don't think that's specific to GAMMA, but it is super cool either way. Just knowing that the NPCs are wondering around doing their own stuff. I know I've had a few moments where I spent some time with NPCs clearing out certain areas only to later on see their names pop up with a death notification, which is kind of sad but still really cool.
@@AIopekisit's realistic. These stuff would happen if the STALKER was realistic. And sooner or later, message that you would never be able to see... Message with your name, place and reason of death.

Tips for QoL:
when speaking with someone (traders, stalkers) you can press the number one you keyboard to choose the corrispondent phrases (example: Press 1 on you keyboard to see what a trader is selling, press 2 to refuse a job etc.) It's very very very much faster then moving the mouse on top of it
Another tip:
Pressing ctrl+t on will take every item from a box/dead body
Another one:
Companions can equip weapons and they can wear suits, they can also equip backpacks and alluminium/titanium frames to increase their maximum weight carry
They never wear the suits I give them :( but the backpack and frame on comps tip is awesome thanks!
IIRC Companions equipping armor is off for default GAMMA installs. It's in the "good mods with potential bugs" section.

Man as soon as I got a basic tools kit I woulda turned them in to a mechanic and bought a historic repair kit to have at least least one gun (other than handgun) in good condition. You're a madman!

This was a fantastic video. The bit that really got me was the scream after the emission at 2:00:44. Reminded me of my own S.T.A.L.K.E.R. experiences and how great the little things that make up the overall ambience of the game can be.
12:48 Actually, picking anomaly bread is PRO move. +1 satiety regen is unique and radiation can be diminished by two rad regen stuff on belt.
Yeah let me just waste at least one belt slot for +1 satiety regen
@@polttolinja Meds drain satiety quickly and when you need a lot of healing, satiety regen is handy. Especially when no other item in the game can do this. Also you can have it in container and use it on belt when needed. It´s not gamechanging, but you can sell rarest artefact of the zone in few first minutes of gameplay without notice.

@@diegosousa8488 Hmmm, never saw it. I think there is a difference between +1 satiety and +1 satiety LEVEL. First regenerates satiety second gives a bonus to food. I ´m going to kill some boars and let you know :D

Hey man, just wanted to say thank you. I've loved stalker for a long time, but I was always intimidated by the stalker modding options (more accurately, the misery mod). So when you let out several videos teaching how to play stalker anomaly, and how it was different from other mod packs that was what gave me the confidence to jump onto the anomaly train (which would be a great name for a band). Now I can safely say that Anomaly is my favourite stalker game/mod, and in part, I've got you to thank for that. :) Also, looking forward to the pain that I'm sure this run contains. XD

the anomaly at 2:53 slows you down when you're near it so dont run nearby one when you're being chased by mutants or when police is chasing you with helicopter

Just a little thing because i'm not sure if you know, but many times you used weapons that had lasers and never activated it ^^.
To activate laser, just hold L ;). It's perfect when you want to be precize when you hip fire.

There is a mod in mo2 that literally says “check this if you stutter “

My first emission ever was in the train hangar with butcher! I accidentally started my first ever gamma run in Rostok, but it’s working out alright. Biggest mistake was accepting the quests from Aspirin and Mangun to find and give them the drug making kit and basic tools. Luckily after giving away my drug making kit for 6500 rubles to Aspirin I had the sense to keep the first set of basic tools I found

Ja tinha uma coleção incontavel de mortes, assasinatos e missões. Mas em relação a crafting e equipamento eu ia só com o que tinha. Eu desliguei o Brain Schocher sozinho depois de muitas tentativas e quase perdi o save na volta pois minhas munições acabaram. Enfim, eu aprendi muito com esse video e estava esse tempo todo jogando errado e sofrendo um monte só por causa da minha ignorancia... Ah se vocÊs soubessem o quanta merda eu passei com poquissimos recursos....

watching this, i realize i think my living legend questline is broken and i think its because i bought the psy-helmet way too early. i completely missed the quest to find streloks hideout, grab those documents, the barrier fight against monolith all skipped. It just has me going for brain scorcher now

@@CheekiBreekiTv Ne le prends pas comme une attaque j'essaie juste de t'aider à ne pas répéter une erreur de prononciation. Eh oui c'est difficile d'écrire phonétiquement ce son mais le "ou" est bien plus proche que le "eu" pour ces deux mots là. Comme dans ton exemple tu dois le prononcer pareil que "book"

You could put a pistol or automatic pistol (if it exists) into the vision slot since I never saw you use binoculars. One extra gun can still help.
You have a couple options in GAMMA, but the APS is the first that comes to mind. 9x18, auto/semi, and can fit a silencer. it's a great starter pistol, and cheap to feed.

I plan on playing STALKER: Gamma sometime in the future, so I'm trying to soak up all the info on map locations, weapons and armor I possibly can before I play.

You're already pretty lucky even with crashes. It's a VERY good day when I get a mostly unstable 40 fps, on the absolute lowest settings. If I make the settings even lower it looks like a 2010 roblox game and night vision doesn't even work, not to mention red dot sights are also useless since they don't work with low textures

2:06:53 i have the same problem with that gun i think it’s karbiner 98k, it will miss on the first shot and it also feels like it has super limited range. any ideas on how i might fix it bc it’s my only good sniper in a souls like playthrough
Extremeley good video man! appriciate the effort you put into making this. By the way, did you know you can equip a pistol on the vision slot? (The one left of your helment) I found out this by complete accident but it really helps to be able to have 2 guns AND a pistol too, normally for when i pull out my anomaly detector

One question though- are your companions able to teleport to you? Cause it seemed like you went down paths in the miracle machine underground building where the AI would have trouble to path find....
Should be an option in Mod Config Menu related to this. I think the default hotkey is J, but you have to enable it. It will tele them to you *if* they're not too far away. It'll also put them behind you, so if they're goofing off blocking a doorway you can use it to manually move them.

New to stalker here currently playing Gamma , how are you managing your loot? I see you mentioning these stashes u drop the loot in but how does that work? Whats the best loot management tips you can give 😁
You can use spare backpacks to make your own personal stashes
for the future, there is a multitool in the freedome base, i think its in the room with skinflint, the room with the doc or the room opposite to that. saves some money.
Loot spawns are dynamic, they are different with every new game.
that explains why i got the tools there in my last 3 runs and wondered "wait wasnt that by the doc/merch last time?". didn´t know that, thanks for the info. can everything be anywhere, or is there a spreadsheet for what can spawn where?@@DuncSmith
@@Eladnav1 Pretty sure it's everything anywhere, but one odd thing I've noticed is when I accept fetch quests for less-common items they seem to drop more often. e.g. Got one within an hour of starting @Rookie Village to get the T3 or T4 binocs with the NVGs built in. Almost didn't accept, but side quest-itis won out. Ran up the road to the storage crate near the bridge & found it laying out (not in a box) 5 minutes later!

If you're playing the latest GAMMA update it's normal, the exo repair recipe is a rare, drop only item now (from high rank enemies)

seeing you get basic tools off your first white stash when i've opened about 50 stashes in my combined ironman playthroughs and havent gotten any...

2:31 my laptop screen is only 1080p, regardless of the fact that my gpu does 4k with ease... What's the best way to deal with to terrible AA on the trees with GAMMA and the ReShade version it's using now?
This man went to Lab X-16 geared like hell, where me on the first playthrough went in with zero armor, shitty starting gas mask, regular knife and APS with 500 FMJ bullets.
Sadly my game bugged out, where I couldn't take any fall damage nor could I climb any ladder or else my game would instantly crash without any error message...
At the time I had no idea about fast travel to your own stashes, hell I didn't even know I coulld make stashes :^)
My second playthrough went a little better, had much better gear, was always lucky on toolsets, usually my 2nd or 3rd stash had the tools I needed.
Had some good weapons, now a slightly working armor and tons of heals.
My AI companion got stuck in a doorway leading me to go to my last save since I couldn't even kill him for whatever reason and of course couldn't pass by either.
(Tried the fast travel, but it wouldn't let me)
Re-did around 5 hours of progress, went back in, solo, all ready, and still came out bruised and battered like I went through a giant meat grinder.

He hybrid armor from blood sucker village is the best armor for my opinion under exos 👍
Hi, but the best way to make easy money is to do the quest for wolf in cordon, he gave you 2 men and easy task to kill mutants and on start you can make them with fanatic in team, this is easy 8000 minimum and you can have luck and task with rescue courier may happen on the same map and this is another 4000 and all 3 quest give you 150 rep with loners, this quest is available every 24 h =D easy money.
But its boring the game become walking your dog simulator, i find doing storming missions for freedom and duty more fun and it gets you that same ammount the money you calculated. I once had a big battle against mercs that lasted a complete day and night because they had 3 legends defending the checkpoint i died more than i can ever count and it was so fun

I play without hardcore ai aim ticked and get hit way more by stalkers. Does hardcore AI aim actually makes it worse?

At least the scoped Toz had 68% DMG
if the aim of the enemys is still to easy try the mod escape from prypiat its kinda the same like gamma but really hardcore even on easy mode u will die a lot :D
