Windows 11 taskbar best feature - Pin to taskbar any specific file or folder

I am amazed at 2 things: 1) the things Microsoft never fixes, 2) the things they spend time on just to move them because...well I have no idea why you would change this. It was so much easier in Win 10 and/or Win 7

just asking, how to get a similar use like pinned taskbar folder like Win10. it has an arrow and drop menu. so does not need to open the folder.

Hello, I am trying to drag a shortcut of a website to my task bar in windows 11. When I drag it down, it shows an error, wont allow it, any insight would be great. Was never a problem with Windows 10.

just right click you see a option pin to taskbar after creating web shortcut to desktop
in chrome go to menu, tools, create shortcut
for edge go to menu, tools, pin to taskbar

firstly, create a shortcut for a file or folder after go to properties of that created shortcut, done.
