I flew with Air China a couple of days ago, (LHR- Peking-MNL return). Their 777 and A330 had seen better days , the entertainment system sometimes doesn’t work.the A350 is a breath of fresh air, more specious and bright,but in fairness Air China’s cabin crew are good and attentive.But in general I’m not complaining whatsoever the fare is cheap, A to B safe and sound 😊..

I absolutely love air china I fly with it every time I go to china it’s so nice crew and I personally love the food and it can take up to 11 hours from Sweden to china😅 hearts4airchina
I'm also going to Sweden through air china and it's showing a 9 hour flight.
Recently, I've taken 4 flights with Air China and nobody checked the in-flight luggage weight limit, although I was carrying backpack only (which was around 10kgs). Besided that, I could also have 2 checked-in luggages of 23 kg each.

Hi, i bought tickets from AirChina and it says '1 luggage'. Does it mean one in the cabin and one checked, or just the cabin one?
Hey there! Thanks for watching! I suggest that you check the confirmation email carefully. It should specify what’s included and the maximum weight of the bags. If the weight allowance for that bag you mention is over 20kg, it very likely is a checked bag (on top of your carry-on).

I'm not one to comment, but I have a question, when You say you have to sign a document saying that you don't have in your checked bag battery, you mean you can't have a power bank in the baggage or specifically batteries? I don't understand, cause I've heard that with this airline there are some sort of a problem with the power banks and such things. Thank you in advance for answering!
Hey there! You cannot have anything that has a battery in your checked bags, such as power banks, iPads, laptops, vapers etc. They are super strict, so make sure you put all those items in your carry-on before getting to the airport.

This is the same with most airlines nowadays
Airlines are afraid of exploding batteries, hence the requirement to put batteries in your carry on, not your check in baggage.

Flight from SZX to FRA
Economy A330
Cabin, extremely old, partly damaged and very narrow seats. Armrest for some seats (including mine) cannot be moved. People taller than 1,80m or even a little overweight cannot sit comfortably in these. Crew was friendly and welcoming. Food was not bad at all.
Thanks a lot for sharing your experience! Similar to mine when I flew long haul with them a while ago. They need to improve their hard product quite a bit. They now have the A350s, which should be a lot better - hope I can test them soon! 😊✈️

Hey there! Did you book directly with Air China? Sometimes online check-in doesn’t work if you book via a travel agent. It’s happened to me in the past.

Hi 👋 I will be flying with air china this April and have a connecting flight from Beijing to Copenhagen. Do they allow a small personal bag (it’s for my phone and other tiny stuff) aside from the 1 hand carry luggage rule?
Hey there, Shana! Depends on your class of travel. In Economy, in theory, you can only carry up to one bag. Based on my experience, if you bring a small backpack or purse, they will rarely say anything. Hope this helps! Safe travels ✈️😊
