Eric, shooting fish in a barrel means good. Shooting at something blindfolded is bad. Other than that I like your Google ad stuff. Yes, I know that this is about Facebook.
I'd recommend looking into sites that offer integrated IDX as part of the package! Here's one provider I recommend to my Google Ads clients when getting started: www.realgeeks.com
