If I have no listings or buyers agreements, what goes onto a landing page? Do you just say on your ad that you are an agent looking to help people sell/buy a home? Or do you put properties that are already on the MLS and advertise someone else’s listing?
Hi Jack, a landing page should be making it very clear that you're offering something in exchange for people's information. It's basically there to say "hey, I'm going to give you this (guide, list of homes, etc.) but you have to trade me your name, email, and phone number first." So you don't need listings or buyers agreements and you shouldn't say that you're an agent looking to help people buy or sell. You also shouldn't put any listings on landing pages. You can send your leads to an MLS search (i.e. homes in AREA under $400k) after they submit their information, but the landing page is basically there as your "cashier" for lead information to make sure the "transaction" takes place (so they give you their information and so they receive their offer after doing so).
First I’d get permission from the selling agent. More likely than not they will be more than happy to allow u to do it because who doesn’t want to find a buyer for their listing??

Hi Jason awesome video! I have clients I work with in multiple countries I would like to assist them with when it comes to helping them generate more sales and leads. A Big objection I get when it comes to closing them as a client so it makes sense for them in 2019 to make this shift is, " Why Direct FB Lead forms over a Landing page and send the user off of FB into a sales landing page funnel? Finding a rebuttle for this has been a challenge. Is it better to send them off of FB into a funnel? Or Use FBs direct FB lead gen form? Which strategy do you see the most results from when it comes to settings ads with Fb lead gen forms directly capturing the data VS Sending them from a video or Slideshow ad- to directly clicking onto a Landing page funnel like the one you show here in this training video? I noticed that your question was never answered. I help realtors like Jason does and split-testing shows that having a button that opens a "pop over" form works better than having the form on the page. Experts like myself aren't sure why but we do know that it is a fact.

I’ve been doing this and have not gotten the results you claim to get. I’ve tried all types of ads with lead forms on Facebook and tried click funnel. I get 1 lead per week and it’s usually someone in the Philippines
Hey Andy - ya i've been seeing your comments on my vids. couple things. 1- I don't use click funnels for our real estate lead gen. they don't have the pre-built proven templates we've built inside of our software. 2 - if you're getting leads in the phillipines your targeting is def off. 3 - it all comes down to testing. if you're not willing to test and tweak then you prob won't get the results i'm getting or the results our clients are getting.
Hi Jason I live in Hawaii the contact list is my wife’s client list. I am running her ads. Many of her clients are Filipino as is a great portion of the population in west Oahu. I think their friends and families are seeing the ads. We get likes, many of those are other realtors. I excluded realtors, real Estate Agents, and real estate brokers. I included people interested in realtor.com and Zillow. The ad copy is pretty compelling. Monalisa has helped over 4000 clients buy and sell real estate in the past 20 years. We spend $500/month and are testing different ads, most are photo slide shows of past clients and their homes with SOLD in red. The background music is cheesy free music. I schedule the ads to run between 10:00 am - 9:00 pm every day. I suspect the audience is not performing well.
