I've only ever heard of 2 realtors (and I speak to realtors every day) that had leads where they were legitimately all bad because Facebook's AI glitched, but this happened about 2 years ago. are you not using the housing specialty ad? because i know your not allowed to choose your age demographic. how are you running real estate ads without having to use the housing specialty ad ?
Awesome question! Most likely because buyer leads are cheaper than sellers and if they are buying they are most likely selling as well, where if they are selling they may already have their next place picked out!
