I would just send an email to the agent or a private message on social media is sometimes responded to better. I let the agent know that I will of course give them credit in my posting as the listing agent.

Hi Amber, thank you so much for your useful content on social media marketing. Question, what is the best way to "ask for permission" for listing agents to feature their listings on your social media?
I usually just message them on social media and ask if I can feature their listing on my channels that week and I will of course give them credit for being the listing agent.
I don’t think you technically have to have permission as long as it’s listed on the MLS and you make it clear who the listing agent is. You just want to make sure you aren’t representing yourself as the agent for that property.

Great stuff...does the luxury listing strategy work for "First Home Buyers" or would i still keep it niche
Hi there. Luxury listings are always great to feature but if it's first time buyers you are trying to attract, you may want to focus on a first time home buyer price point and even make videos that will benefit first time buyers. IE: How to increase your credit score, How to buy your first home, etc.

Video challenges - sounding and looking good. Not sounding "scripted". Also, getting views.
Those are things we have all felt and can definitely be worked through. I was terrible when I first started with video. Now I have learned the tips and tricks to deliver with ease and now help coaching clients do the same. But remember, done is better than perfect.
Good information but not sure why it would be targeted to women in real estate. I almost passed on watching once I heard this but glad I stayed to the end. Thanks for the good info. I plan to watch again with a little note taking.

How would you "create" Luxury listing ideas? Just in a post? Is there a video you have that shows how to use photos for reels on Instagram? Or is there someone to look to for an example? I am currently riding the struggle bus to get my MLS photos ( I've been approved to use) loaded to Instagram reels!!! Help, please!!!

The video was helpful. However I tried to get access to the complimentary reconnect scripts you mentioned and was not able to. Instead it took me to other sales subscriptions that I'm not interested in. Therefore, do you actually have and offer the complimentary reconnection scripts or do we need to subscribe?

Hi. Not really. I just ask them if I can feature their listing on my social channels and I tell them I will give them credit as the listing agent. ✔️

Great question. You want to be a good story teller, not seller. Meaning talk about the experience of working with and stories of clients who have and how their lives have changed. When you ask to use luxury listings from other agents, do you use their images? Or do you ask to photograph for a reel or story? Or is this a stupid question ?? Lol
I typically ask the agent if I can feature their listing using the photos and description listed in the MLS. Some will feature without permission but have to disclose that the listing belongs to (insert name and broker).

Biggest challenge is how to edit video and quality ..like expensive cameras or phones
I get that. Start with your phone and use an editing app on your phone or hire an inexpensive editor on Fiverr.com. You can do it!
Broad is broke. Niche is Rich. Too much niche can become broken.
Just don't get too niche.
Knowing your ideal client avatar is crucial to knowing how to market to them. 😊

my biggest concern in adding video to my business is the fact that I don't know how to use these medias. i.e. TikTok and Instagram Reels
There is a learning curve for sure. Start with being consistent on one platform and then you can add others. You can do it!
