@@thecyanadonThe air is not dense enough to provide enough oxygen to get the cylinders to fire. And it’s probably not even dense enough to spin the prop at speed. But they certainly wouldn’t be generating power and sound like that. The best turbosupercharger systems of the day could run an engine at 35-40k feet, nowhere near 80k
@@jacobpitts6846 bro how thin do you think the atmosphere is at 80k feet?? They would most definitely be generating power. They don't run just off air, it has gas to spin it and the air pulls it so, you are basically completely wrong here
@@thecyanadon Sorry man but you’re completely wrong, the gas needs air to burn, that’s how combustion works. Fuel can’t burn on its own unless it includes its own oxygen. Max attitude of most US WW2 fighters with the days very best forced induction systems did not pass 40k feet and engines without them (such as early P51s with Alison engines) wouldn’t even run at 30k feet. You’re way off base, most modern jets can’t even run that high. Go back to high school physics class or better yet, just google “can a prop engine run at 80k feet”
@@Eli15763 I don't know really anything about creating custom games but I know that there a lot of custom games where you can spawn in space, more specifically the ones with the really long names that looks like a URL to some website or something
I mean a dude skydived from space and went supersonic. The P-38 does NOT have less drag than the P-51 or P-47. Parasitic dragon a P-38 is actually quite bad.
Oh yeah I'm sure the engines would run at fucking 80k feet lmaoo
It’s a game
they would? do you not understand how propellers work?
