The titer of antibody means the dilution of the last tube presenting 1+ positive. The 1+ means visual agglutination observed by your eyes. Prozone means the phase of unequilibrium (antigen amount is more than antibody) and the reaction is negative.
I have query RH factor issues. 18 week pregnancy Rh anti body titre test results are 1:256 at week 24 are 1:128 . So how do we understand this. Do we observe decrease in titre results and kindly explain how do we understand it. Thanks
