    This is a good video that would be much better if you list what liquids you are using and what media you are using.

      It’s a basic video whereby the sterilization was involving 70% ethanol, bleach solution, sterile distilled water...
      The media is basal MS medium...
      These generally applied to all as I don’t research much on the experiments...

    What did you use for soaking the jasmine seeds? Is that aquadest steril only?

      95% ethanol only...since it’s a protected seeds with flesh

      The surface sterilization is always 70% ethanol followed by PPM or bleach solutions...
      The reason I don’t put the concentration is because different environment and plants would need different concentration and solution...
      It would lead to endless Q&A just for the concentration...
      If one is going to do surface sterilization, one should google the articles and refer to it...well, the video is just to show the visualization instead of words like articles...
      I suggest you to read more instead of waiting the thing so called “protocol”
