    Great video! I would suggest using the flame of a Bunsen lighter or something like that to create a more aseptic environment and reduce the rate of contamination of the culture. It works by crating convection currents that, in theory, prevent bacteria an debris from falling in your medium. Just don't make sudden movements when you're working around the flame. Good luck!

      There're numerous online stores selling it, but here's where I got it --- www.the-odin.com/murashige-skoog-w-vitamins-sucrose-100g/

    Hey, have you ever tried a smaller piece about 5mm from the trunk?

    were you working from any specific protocol here? what PGRs did you use in the medium (if any)?

      i generally use only cytokinins, 6-bap mostly

    You're doing great, keep up the good work. Can I make a suggestion and level out the audio on your next video.

    How it works with a monstera thai constellation?

    • @syntheogenesis01
      @syntheogenesis01  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      principle is basically the same, doesn't work for albo tho. If you try this particular technique to monstera albo, new shoots will be all green, as it's not the result of direct gene insertion into a nuclei, read the research articles abt that subject

      @@syntheogenesis01 the thai constellation is not a albo

    • @syntheogenesis01
      @syntheogenesis01  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@pflanzenpapa950 no it's not. I'm saying, that it works on thai, but not quite effective in maintaining white phenotype on albo

    • @pflanzenpapa950
      @pflanzenpapa950 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@syntheogenesis01 The variegation is stable in the genetics of the thai constelation. The only question is how exactly to proceed in the thai

    • @syntheogenesis01
      @syntheogenesis01  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@pflanzenpapa950 As you would with un-variegated monstera deliciosa, I've not worked with Thai just yet, so couldn't say surely, but I assume higher concentration of 6-bap and NAA hormones would def help, there should be a research article abt that.
      I use .34 g of ms media with dicot plant varieties, like tobacco or spinach.
