To be fair, Iron hands saw more action on the table top just a few editions ago than Imperial fists has seen in decades. And both Black Templars and the Crimson fists have been used as both front and mid pages in their respective editions, while their parent legion has been nearly as absent in the current lore as the White scars and Raven guard. I think it's a very relevant question to ask why the Imperial Fists hasn't seen much action in the 40th millennium, despite being some of the greatest heroes during the Horus Heresy.
It’s actually the one saving grace about being an IH fan is we always get represented really good on the table top cause SM tanks are generally super strong, even I can wipe squads and tanks off the board running double repulsor executioners in IronStorm. At least our army is generally pretty strong

Ultramarines had 250,000 marines and the dark angels had 200,000 . The lion only took 70,000 marines to thramas, and then took 20k or 30k marines to ultramar.
