Great summary of the game You said that there weren't enough steam cores to finish the last upgrade for the generator. In my last utopia play-through I finished it. I had about 10 cores left after upgrading it with the 40 core upgrade. Maybe you need luck with the map, dunno. In my other utopias I didn't finish it
youre playing the game right if you really favor a zeitgeist Captain difficulty is good at forcing your hand to fill at least one out and not just seeming like a “win more” button when you activate the milestone
Too bad you can't build tents on the edge of your city for the Adaptation faction/s. 😄 I think if they would've had voice actors in the senate chamber read out the law they're trying to pass it would've gone a long way to make the people feel more real, maybe that's a mod idea for later. Good review.

5:10 they do work with them! Its just bugged,the fix is turning the drill off and back on.

isnt the captain ending great, you get to put anyone you dont like in an enclave for the rest of eternity
