Regarding restaurant prices, one thing to keep in mind is taxes and service fees are all included... in the US that can equal around 30% of the bill. And the food in Iceland is delicious :)

Hey there! Our foodie tour can be done as a vegetarian, just be sure to let us know hen you book! As for vegetarian restaurants most Icelandic ones have great vegetarian options and Gló os a nice one! Regarding the volcano, I am afraid it is on hiatus at the moment and has stopped erupting. Hope this helps :)
