    힙업 운동할때 밴드 끼고 운동하면 더 좋아요 투어게인 힙업밴드 강약조절 되는거 사용하는데 운동할때 더 텐션감 느껴요

    South American here, 7 day focused glute workout is not ideal. You need rest days for the muscle to grow 3-2 days is better. Just wanted to add some feedback
