    레그컬 다리 벌리는 거에 따라서 자극이 좀 달라지는 것 같긴 한데 정확하게 뭔지 모르겠었는데 이번 영상에서 꼼꼼히 짚어주셔서 좋네요. 요즘 하체 자극을 잡기가 어렵더라고요. 잘 참고하겠습니다!

    스쿼트 가동범위 좋아지더라구요.

      발끝을 심하게 당기시면서하면 가자미근쪽 힘이 많이 들어갑니다

      무게가 주는 건 다른 협력근들이 더 많이 쓰여서 그런걸겁니다. 타겟으로 하는게 햄스트링이라면 영상처럼 위치 조절과 발끝을 편하게 두고 무게 신경쓰지마시고 타겟부위에만 집중해서 해보세요.
