This opening scene has so far been the only thing to make me actually want to visit NYC. Every other movie and show I've seen hasn't made that place appealing, but this? Absolutely.
I liked the part where it shows the 2 NYPD officers eating their pizza slices while the suspect is handcuffed to one of the officers hand that's holding the slice of pizza and suspect is not getting a bite . And the taxicab driver eating a slice too while waiting for the traffic light to change red to green .
I've Said It Before And I'll Say It Again.. Man I Love John Du Prez ! (Also Wish I Could Love Being A Turtle Like Mikey Says) From Everything He Did For The Score In The Original Film ( Shredder's Suite Will Always Be Special To Me ) - To Doin This Track ( Which I Think Dan Hartman Must've Collaborated With John In Order To Do The Song " Consciousness (That's Your) " or Vice Versa. John Absolutely Made These 2 Films With These Amazing Compositions. Supherb. Thanks Again For The Memories. ✌🔥
There were two separate official CD soundtracks for Secret of the Ooze. The more common one was the song collection featuring songs from Ya Kid K, Vanilla Ice, etc... and the less common/rare one was the original score composed by John Du Prez, which is the one you're listening to right now.
I see. Now that you mention it, I wonder why they wanted the score soundtrack to be a rare release. Still, I would've preferred including the score music on the song collection soundtrack too instead of releasing separate soundtracks. I don't see any reason why not. Anyway, if it's not too much of any trouble, could you also do a re-upload of the opening scene and main title music with their usual time length and no parts left out?
Turtley awesome tune but It reminds me of playin a Sega Megerdrive (Genesis for Americans) game where the the BGM plays over n over again from the same part
Best movie ever nostalgic throwback
