Dr G's lecture and this video helped me realise that having a habit of saving even a few minutes at a time, can add up in the long run. Previously, before the commencement of any lecture, I used to chit-chat with my friends, be on my phone and waste time until the Professor showed up. Only after the Professor had entered, I would take my books/laptop out from the bag. But now, I come to the class before time, keep everything ready and also do a final revision of the previous lecture, so as to be prepared for whatever the Professor is going to teach next. Also, once I get home, I not only revise whatever was thought that day, but also study and prepare for the lectures on the next day. This small change has made learning new concepts so much easier. It also reduces the time it takes for me to prepare for any tests/exams, as the concepts have already been revised earlier. I would try to implement more SMED methods in my daily life and make my life more efficient. I will comment again if I come up with something interesting.
Nishit Gosar - Good one Nishit. When you take out books after professor enters, you inadvertantly send out a signal that you are not interested. When you are ready beforehand, you send a signal that I am interested.
Hello Sir. Thank you so much for the video. It explained SMED in a very simple way. After watching this, I realized that SMED is something which I apply in my daily life: For example- While I was at home in Nashik, my morning routine used to be very lazy and lengthy work. But since I moved to Mumbai, I had to cut short this time. So now when I get up I put the milk on the induction for boiling and go to the washroom so it gets boiled till the time I finish. After that I switch ON the geyser and start the tap to fill the bucket and simultaneously start brushing my teeth so the time I finish brushing, my bucket is filled and immediately start bathing. This saves my 15 minutes and also saves time for other people in the house.
This video has also helped me realise how I have implemented SMED without even realising it. It helped make things easier for my mom and all of us. I had noticed that there is an everyday dilemma where mom breaks her head over trying to decide what food to prepare the next day, be it tiffin for us, lunch at home or the evening snack, ultimately resulting into a repetition of things and pressure on mom to cater to everyone's demands and rushing to the market at the end moment. What I did was, I prepared a comprehensive list of every single dish that is cooked by mom and divided them into breakfast, lunch/dinner, snack, tiffin. Each of the dish was written on a small coloured sticky note (colour of each category being different) and stuck these sticky notes in a diary under different headers. Now all mom has to do is take 15 mins out of her Sunday evening and choose from among these sticky notes the various dishes she wants to prepare during the week. She puts them up on the planner on refrigerator. It not only ensures that we eat variety(in terms of dishes as well as nutrients) but also she can plan in advance watever groceries, veggies or fruits need to be bought and she can now divert her time to reading her favourite books and pursuing her hobbies🙂 I keep adding to the list of food as and when I come across new things and we are all at peace now ✌️
Thank you sir for explaining SMED in this simple way 1) Quick fix 2) Converting internal activities to external Activity This two techniques we can use for day to day life as we are customers of our own mess We can improve our life style by using these techniques Identified Quick fix are 1)charger of phone which 2) Shampoo bottles head. Simple things we overlook have got a definition (internal activity/ external activity) and the importance of having quick fixes couldn't be stressed upon anymore. That's called great operations 😎👍
Thank you sir for making us understand SMED concept so easily. There are some things which I do everyday like getting things done early for next day but I didnt realise it's importance till I watch this video. Thanks again.
I like the way Dr. G and his students practically demonstrated this simple yet very useful concept of SMED. As travelling in Mumbai is a big task in itself, implementing SMED would save my precious time. I'll iron my clothes, put all the necessary things on my table a night before so that I don't forget them in the hostel and end up wasting my time.
Also I would make a check list of items that I would need for traveling from one place to another which includes important documents, phone, laptop, clothes etc so that I'm sure that I didn't forget anything at home.
We don't think of SMED in our day to day life, through this video I realized how application of smeds can save so much of time! Thank u Sir for your inside the box yet so out of the box principle.
Thankyou Sir for this wonderful video. I used SMED when I was in school by writing subject names of each book at the front portion. This helped me to save time all year long and increased the speed of my task.
Sir, you and your students have managed to explain a very important concept, very simply through this video. The video made me realise that I had been using SMED in so many areas of my life but I did not know it. I have bronchitis and a while ago I fell ill and had to take many tablets several times, at different times, everyday. Some of them had to be taken before meals and very often I'd forget. At first I started to keep a reminder on my phone but that was tedious too as I had to read the tablet name and make sure I was taking the right one at the right time. I labeled the tablets that had to be taken together with the same colour (pink, green and yellow) and then simply set a reminder on my phone for the time with the colour name. (Eg: "Pink" at 2pm) This ensured that I took my medicines on time and it was also very easy to identify which tablets to take. Since I now know that I've been applying SMED (subconsciously), it will be even better when I make conscious decisions to apply it. Thank you for explaining it so simply. Looking forward to seeing many more such videos.
SMED (So Many Tasks Easily Done). This video of Dr. G and his students depicts the application of the concept of SMED in the best way possible. We all subconsciously use the concept in times of need, when we have to save time, cost and energy to do our day to day tasks, so using the concept in a planned and systematic manner can help most of the big organizations in all spheres to do n number of tasks effectively and efficiently.. Which most of the management students must learn.. Thank you sir for enlightening me by this video..
A fine example of learning bigger things through simpler things! We probably waste a lot of time in doing pitiful things and don't even realize...but this video sure does make one realize!
Most of the simple obvious things in life are so easily overlooked or largely unacknowledged. Thank you sir for illuminating such a crucial yet common understanding of externalising the internal factors to save time. I think we can all be better at time management now with this understanding starting from our daily routines to academic schedules if we simply plan ahead.
These all activities were so much common in day to day life and after watching this video and having a interaction with you in person I started realizing that it exists everywhere and it has so much importance in day to day life.
Thank you sir and team for explaining SMED using such simple day to day examples. I will definitely try this in real life. As i moved to mumbai recenly and took a flat, we have a whole lot of 5 to 6 keys including outer doors, room doors, cupboard keys and all are mostly similar looking. So i marked them with different colours and marked the locks with respective colours. This reduced a lot of hustle.
Simple real life examples such as this can teach us the underlying techniques such as SMED. This is the most effective way of Learning one can get. Thank you Sir.
Thank you Sir for explaining SMED in such a simple way.. The SMED concept is used in our everyday life but with this video explanation I will be able to connect with real life experiences. Some of the quick fix application involves 1. Wrist watch 2. Bag buckles 3. Pen caps 4. Door latches 5. Tic tac hair clips
SMED is a concept which has been used since ages in different activities. It just that common man don't know its definition. For example while preparing the Maharashtrian sweet called 'besnachi Vadi' the wooden die is used to shape the vadi. It's an example of SMED. This video has not only described about usefulness of SMED but also made us curious to explore in what all activities we can apply this principle.Thnq for the video Aishwarya, shruti and Dr. G:)
SMED is a very important principle being followed by many production units world wide for reducing time consumption in operations. SMED makes every minute count thus increasing the efficiency many fold. I want to thank Dr.G for sharing such an insightful video. It is easy to understand and implement for upcoming managers.
An insightful video which made me look around consciously and find SMED applied to so many small things in life which we usually overlook. Keeping the change or money ready in a queue for tickets so that the work is done faster, closing of activa seat which doesn't have to be screwed in but closes with a click when pressed, queueing near the door in order to get down from the train as soon as it stops at the station, double tape is a quick fix when you don't want to fix something using screws and there are umpteen such examples of SMED.
Thankyou sir for explaining us SMED(Single Minute Exchange of Dies). Although this concept is quite general we never realised it in our day to day life. After watching this video we can actually see this concept being used everywhere and we have even realised it’s importance. An eye opener.
A really simplified way to make us understand about SMED. Thank you sir & our dear seniors for this brilliant video and making us realise that we can shorten the length of many of our daily deeds by implementing SMED.
This video of SMED has shown to us the use of SMED Concept in our day to day acitivities and how we can carry forward this in many more concepts by thinking of the minute things nearby.Everytime we watch this video it gives us a new experience and making us to think in a different way.
On a beautiful Sunday morning when our minds and brains are ready for taking in fresh ideas I decided to watch this video again. SMED is a very beautiful concept and practically implemented and explained by Dr.G. This video not only teaches us about SMED on a production platform but makes us aware of how human beings can apply the SMED concept in their day to day life and reduce the time of a 40 second task to a 4 second one.I hope that everyone must watch this video and learn how to transforms internal activities of any task to external activities. Thank you :)
Being a non-engineer having no technical background whatsoever I thought of operations as a subject full of jargons that are impossible to relate with anyplace other than shop floor. But this video proved my notion wrong. Operations has deep connection with every organising activity of day to day life is what I have learnt. Operarions is everywhere! Thank you Dr. G for such a simplest explanation. It was a valuable learning.
Thank you Sir for explaining the concept of SMED in such a simple way. It really helped me understand how externalizing the internal factors and quick fix techniqes can help reduce great amount of time. I would like to share two of the SMED techniques which i use in my daily life- 1)I have seen my friends and other ppl looking out for keys while standing outside the flat or ringing the bell so that someone comes and open the door which i really dont like as it wastes a lot of time. So, to avoid this,I take my keys out of the bag when i am in lift and when i reach my flat i just open the flat and enter without wasting time in looking out for keys. 2)Usually people keep pillow covers and bedsheet separately.I keep the same set of pillow covers and bedsheet folded together. So I just need to pick up the set and I am done, saving my time which would have been wasted while finding them separately.
Interesting concept. Used this approach to save overall time at the CNG refilling center. While in the queue, I opened the bonnet and approached the booth. The staff had to just pop open the bonnet and insert the nozzle without waiting for me to turn off my vehicle, press the bonnet open handle, come out and then pop open the bonnet . Saved 15 seconds. While the gas was being filled, I swiped the card for the said amount (asked him to fill Rs. X worth of gas). Saved 35-40 seconds since card machines are usually slow. Overall time saved was approximately 1 minute. Multiply this by the number of cars the cng pump refuels everyday and the results could be astonishing for the Business.
Akshay Jadhav - Excellent implementation, Akshay. Even one second is of value because there is somebody in queue behind you getting more irritated every second. By doing SMED you are paying respect to the peoole waiting behind you. Also it brings into you a more efficient way of thinking. Later we will add to it and call it 'Design Thinking'. Please share this briefly with the whole class in my next session. Use diagrams or pictures or photos to share in 3 minutes. Lastly make sure every action promotes safety.
Thank you Sir. I will be prepared to share and explain this experience while keeping safety in mind at the CNG Pump in class next lecture. Your words are very encouraging and I will implement the SMED Concept wherever I can in life. Thank you again.
Thank you Sir for using simple examples to explain the concept! A massive 90% reduction in change over time just by implementing simple steps of smed. A must try!
Life becomes really simple if we try to implement these 3 principles on our daily life activities. The essence of the SMED principle was made clear and simple to us by relating it to the real life things like changing a bulb , pressure cooker etc. The third principle was the most catchy one! I was surprised that, by changing the same activity from internal to external , we can reduce the time taken by ten folds . Thank you sir for giving this learnings
Thank you sir for explaining SMED in very simple way with a theoretical example ..which teaches us how efficient we can do production by reducing machine time which ultimately increases productivity also indicates new attitude towards controllability of work process which differentiate and analyse each task's real function and purpose ...
Quick fixs are everywhere, we just need to look around! We can apply them in real life also so that we can reduce our wastage of time and increase our efficiency! Thank you sir! :)
Thank you sir for explaining the SMED concept in such a different and easy way. It helped me to think of practical examples of SMED around and to find out new ones.
Such an amazing video showing the practicality of SMED. These small relatable examples make it even more easy to understand the principle. It also shows how this principle can be applied to many of our daily chores and save us our precious time.
I never knew smed can be used in our day to day lives. Thank you so much sir for demonstrating examples related to our daily routine. Looking forward for more videos.
Thank you Sir for explaining the SMED concept in very simple and practical manner. There is a significant reduction of operation time by doing some pre-preperation related to that activity and use of common sense while doing any activity. I will try to use this principle as many times as possible starting from today.
This video helped me to learn that by optimally using every minute can help us to save so much of time which can be used to do some other productive work. Thank you sir for explaining SMED in such a simplest manner.
Thank you sir, good demonstration of SMED with real life examples. With these learnings we can always think of making quick changes/ fixes rather than time taking changes/fixes.
Sir i had also done it.I had checked each amd everything from notebooks, pen, umbrella,,books and also wether i had done all homework being given.Thans for making us realising that how we can apply smed in our day to day life
Thank you sir for such informative videos. Thank you so much sir for explaining the concept of SMED in simple way, and for making us understand how to use SMED in real life as well. Now I can use SMED technique in my day to day life and do my things faster in a simplified manner.
Namskar sir, its very easy to understand SMED through these practile example. One of best example what i hv seen is my life is my mother/grand mother while cooking. She prepares everything n then start cooking. External activities like cutting and boiling vegetables, ready with ingredients and den start process. Its very stupid to start process and den start to cutting vegetables. Cooking is one of best e.g i thought. Making external acivities into internal save lots of time and reduces cycle per job/process in companies. This concept is applicable from each individual to big corporates. Dhanyavad sir for making it easy.
Shailesh - please use correct spelling while putting up comments which everyone can see. Writing 'den' instead of 'then' does not save time; it makes it difficult for your customer (person who reads your comment) to understand. 'den' is typical adolescent usage. Avoid it. Your English becomes poorer and it will reflect when you apply for placement. Cooking is a good example. Remind me in the class to ask the question "how to make kanda bhajji"
Shrinivas Gondhalekar extream apologize for wrong english. I will take care of my spellings and make sure it won't happen again. I will be ready with recipe of kanda bhajji.
Thanks Dr G !! for giving us a luminous concept of SMED , I have started applied it to both my personal as well professional life & It has made life ingenious.
Hello Sir, thank you so much for teaching us SMED concept in such a simple terms...this is how we can save our time in our day to day activities. This vedio makes us understand how much time we can save if we work effectively by doing prior preparations.
Thank you Dr G and whole team for explaining the concept of SMED in such simplified way and how it can be applied in real world. Very informative video.
Thanks Dr.G for simplifying the concept of SMED and EOQ with practical demonstration. The other video on EOQ was nicely linked to it and one should watch that before this.
I am amazed to see how quickly can things be done with the knowledge of SMED and it's application in real life. Thank you so much sir to share this video. I'll try and inculcate these learnings in performing daily activities.
It is so astonishing that just by using simple techniques such complex methods have been explained. I want to thank all the team behind these efforts. Thank you Dr G.
Thankyou Sir for explaining SMED in simple way with amazing examples. Exchange Dies in Less than 10 minutes" is an amazing concept which can be used in our daily activities. It is a practice of reducing the time, will try to implement in my daily life.
Very Innovative way to explain the concept of SMED, visual and practical demonstration with real life example.. this way no one can tend to forget ..thank you very much DR. G Sir :-)
Thank you Sir for explaining concept of SMED in such a simple way. Today morning I observed application of SMED in my home where all ingredients was already kept ready before the cooking start. Also quick fixes you demonstrate in video makes me think of my surrounding and I am able to list few quick fixes which we use in our day to day life. -Bottle Flip Top Caps -Door latch -Flip closure belt buckle -Car window sunshades with vacuum cups Thank you :)
Sir, this SMED makes any task simpler and systematic and saves lot of time. I think SMED’s concepts can also be applied in traffic management in emerging cities, courier business, army operations and many more! Thanks a lot Sir !!
This video provokes to thought of the application of a simple principle like SMED and quick fix that can make our life even simple and have many added benefits.Thank you sir for helping us to come out of theory to realise its application part and implement in our daily life.
Hello Sir, Application of SMED in complex manufacturing unit of toyota is explained in such a lucid way by drawing an analogy with light bulbs. I can't imagine any simpler explanation than this:) Thanks & Regards.
every time I have any doubt or confusion with any of the concepts, I come back and refer these videos and as always they are the best learning aid. Thank you so much, Sir.
SMED( So Many task Easily Done).Sir this concept has really made my day to day activities simpler. Earlier I used to take 20 min to prepare my breakfast but now it has reduced to 7 min. Thank you Sir for making this video in such an intresting way. And really agreeing to the third requirement which is still uncommon 😆.
This is something actually have to get into our routine system. This is the case with everyone as we all get so much engrossed in our daily works but never realise the amount of time getting wasted in it. The example of the nut bolt one is really eye catchy for me, one of the best way to understand SMED. Already started applying it in my routine work to do my jobs efficiently.😊
My some implementations are like being a hostler I have to do A-Z of my works on my own. Likewise, you said that prepare in advance....So I pack my bag a day before according to the next day's schedule. In the morning, I used to perform my work one after the other, but now I started performing them simultaneously. I put on the tap to fill the bucket in the meanwhile I complete some other jobs like I brush my teeth, keep the clothes to wear and shoes ready, put my mobile on charge....and after getting ready for the day when I have to leave most of the time it happens that I'm unable to find the lock, so what I've started doing is that I keep the lock hanging on the door so that when I leave the room I don't waste my time looking for it. These are some of my ways to save some of my seconds.
Thank you sir for explaining such a important concept in such a simple way. After watching this video my perspective towards things change.i can clearly relate SMED to these things. This is very small and important funda which can help us to being punctual in corporate world. Thanks again sir, looking forward for some more such videos.
Thank you sir for giving us a SMED technique through such a simple and easy way. Now i can use SMED technique in my day to day life and do my things faster in simplified manner.
Hi sir, great video! Tried applying this at home in a very small way. I initially had only 1 huge bundle of clothes. After understanding about SMED I made a bundle of 2. This helped me in the following ways: 1- All the laundered clothes are now kept in the 2nd bundle automatically, this helps me save time as I can just look at the 1st bundle for the clothes that I haven't worn recently 2- I don't waste time shuffling the entire pile to find a paticularly piece of clothing, I can easily get it after lifting just a few now! Thus, converting external activity (time wasted In the morning looking for clothes to wear) to internal activity. Hope this small application is in the right direction. Thank you.
Sonam Sharoff - Beautiful application. Pareto's principle confirms that it is the small applications which make a big difference. I am extremely happy and proud that you could start making application within 48 hours. Keep going full swing. Your own life will become easy! Then you will be able to make others' life easy. A journey of 1,000 km starts with the first step!
Very first time I am experiencing a unique way of taking classes. Really good to learn things so simply and so effectively and your youtube videos will be an added advantage to understand concepts as they are related to our day to day activities.Thank you sir.
SMED technique (lean production) and practical applications explained in the video are thought provoking! We have actually seen this being applied in reality in your lectures in the form that it is expected to keep the electronic equipment (computer and projectors), markers etc in place so that lecture can start without a single minute delay. In this way we are making the internal activities to external activities! Thank you :)
Rashmi Kamkar - Correct. As my student coordinator or whatever, you must take responsibility to appy SMED to our class. I am glad you noticed it. Thanks
Thank you sir for a simple explanation of SMED concept. It will help us to understand this concept better and use our time in an efficient manner for better results.
Hello sir, this video is very helpful and an eye opener which makes us realise that how can we reduce our processing time by using the simple yet effective principle of SMED.
Thank you sir for explaining this concept and its application in such easy way and helping us to recognize the quick fix applications fast. Some of examples I recognized are class representatives,Velcros in shoes/article,bio metric locks and many more .
Really this video taught me new concepts today and also made me to widen my mind by thinking deeply onto our routine things which I might not have observed keenly. Thank for this Sir. Great video.👏
Very nice video sir...SMED...interesting and vague concept...but u potrayed it in simple way which is easy to understand...daily life examples... I never ever thought about the mechanism behind it the way you showed...Now my mind just striking me and i am looking everywhere to find the smed...and will definately implement it
hello sir.. this video is an absolute gem in understanding SMED.. it couldn't have been more simpler and practical.. i will start implementing it from now..
Amused by seeing the video because it explained SMED in such simple terms. :D
Thank you. Simplicity is indeed the heart of deep understanding.

adhishtha parmar - Excellent. Much appreciated. Well thought out implementation.
Shrinivas Gondhalekar thank you once again sir.
Thank you sir for explaining SMED in this simple way
1) Quick fix
2) Converting internal activities to external Activity
This two techniques we can use for day to day life as we are customers of our own mess We can improve our life style by using these techniques

1. Wrist watch
2. Bag buckles
3. Pen caps
4. Door latches
5. Tic tac hair clips
IshaKP - Correct Isha. Now to apply the preparatory part.
Shrinivas Gondhalekar Sure Sir, I will definitely apply.. Thank you
SMED is a concept which has been used since ages in different activities. G:)
Jayana Ubale - Really appreciated your saying thank you to Aushwarya and Shruti. They played as big a role as I did in making the video happen.
Smed concept is brilliantly explained by DR. G which is applicable in day to day life and possibly everywhere
SMED is a very important principle being followed by many production units world wide for reducing time consumption in operations. SMED makes every minute count thus increasing the efficiency many fold.
I want to thank Dr.G for sharing such an insightful video. It is easy to understand and implement for upcoming managers.
Shaivya Srivastava - Please implement the concepts, Shaivya.
An insightful video which made me look around consciously and find SMED applied to so many small things in life which we usually overlook. Keeping the change or money ready in a queue for tickets so that the work is done faster, closing of activa seat which doesn't have to be screwed in but closes with a click when pressed, queueing near the door in order to get down from the train as soon as it stops at the station, double tape is a quick fix when you don't want to fix something using screws and there are umpteen such examples of SMED.
adhishtha parmar - Good examples
Shrinivas Gondhalekar Thank You sir😊
Shraddha malve - Thank you for devoting your beautiful Sunday morning to watch this video. Let's apply the concept all over in our lives.
Shrinivas Gondhalekar Sir - Sure sir :) We all will take a lot of efforts to apply this in our day to day lives and make the most of it !!✌🏻
Being a non-engineer having no technical background whatsoever I thought of operations as a subject full of jargons that are impossible to relate with anyplace other than shop floor. But this video proved my notion wrong. Operations has deep connection with every organising activity of day to day life is what I have learnt. Operarions is everywhere! Thank you Dr. G for such a simplest explanation. It was a valuable learning.
Maithili Pradhan - Please remind me to explain in the class why Operations is everywhere.
What an amazing way to explain SMED concept. Can't get more simpler then this. Thank Sir.
Thank you Sir for explaining the concept of SMED in such a simple way. It really helped me understand how externalizing the internal factors and quick fix techniqes can help reduce great amount of time.
I would like to share two of the SMED techniques which i use in my daily life-
1)I have seen my friends and other ppl looking out for keys while standing outside the flat or ringing the bell so that someone comes and open the door which i really dont like as it wastes a lot of time.
Thank you Sakshi. You are the first to write a comment. You set the ball rolling! Appreciated. Dr G
Thank you Sir :)
Sir, you are We-School's Dr. Proton. No jargon used and such a essential concept explained in a wonderful manner. This is SMED simplified to its best.
A must try!
Thank You Sir, for demonstrating SMED quick changeover with a very simple example to understand the concept.
After learning this concept, i applied it to my day to day life and i am saving lot of time. Thank you sir!

The videos make it an easy task to quickly grasp such topics, very thorough & informative
Sir it's a very relatable explanation of SMED principle. Time is money these days and here it shows we can save both.☺️
Complex SMED principles explained so easily.
Amazing video sir. Thanks a lot!
Great example to save time. This is very useful for day to day life. Thank you sir.
Thanks Dr G !! for giving us a luminous concept of SMED , I have started applied it to both my personal as well professional life & It has made life ingenious.

Thank you Kajol
SMED( So Many task Easily Done).Sir this concept has really made my day to day activities simpler. Earlier I used to take 20 min to prepare my breakfast but now it has reduced to 7 min.
Thank you Sir for making this video in such an intresting way. And really agreeing to the third requirement which is still uncommon 😆.
Shalini Sood - We would love to hear of your SMED breakfast preparation.
Sure Sir😃
This is something actually have to get into our routine system. This is the case with everyone as we all get so much engrossed in our daily works but never realise the amount of time getting wasted in it. The example of the nut bolt one is really eye catchy for me, one of the best way to understand SMED. Already started applying it in my routine work to do my jobs efficiently.😊
Ayushi Sharma - Good. Please share your implementations.
Thank you sir for such an enthusiastic demo of SMED. Made understanding the concept a lot simpler.
Thank you. Keep applying SMED. God bless you.
Great video sir! A concept like SMED explained so beautifully with day to day examples.
Hi sir, great video! Tried applying this at home in a very small way.
I initially had only 1 huge bundle of clothes. After understanding about SMED I made a bundle of 2.
This helped me in the following ways:
1- All the laundered clothes are now kept in the 2nd bundle automatically, this helps me save time as I can just look at the 1st bundle for the clothes that I haven't worn recently
2- I don't waste time shuffling the entire pile to find a paticularly piece of clothing, I can easily get it after lifting just a few now!
Shrinivas Gondhalekar yes sir! Thank you so much for this video and these words. Will surely start doing alot more :)
This is the best(basic) illustration of SMED 👌🏻 too many applications in day to day life👌🏻thank you sir for making it so clear😇

A very nice way to explain SMED sir. I'll be using it to utilize time efficiently. Looking forward for more such videos.
Thanks
Rashmi Kamkar - Yes glad you noticed it. Please make all the activities external.
Sure, I'll practice it everywhere possible!
Thank you Sir :)
