Time efficiency always leads to more and less outputs respectively. One of the major learning from this vedio is just by immediate feedback, we removed an entire reworking cell, which increased our quality skills and output. Time efficiency always leads to more and less outputs respectively. One of the major learning from this vedio is just by immediate feedback, we removed an entire reworking cell, which increased our quality skills and output. By making different cells with all required working facilities , we can reduce the time consumed and defects. These self managed teams are itself a company in a company with a team lead as a boss which leads a better Work environment also. Thanks for the learnings sir.
