This entire video is the amalgamation of many concepts taught to us in class like instead of ordering in bulk, the antiquity required must be produced and kanban cards is a great way to know the exact quantity required. Keeping the material ready before the mizusmashi arrives is nothing but the concept of just in time.

Kanban process is very effective and efficient process as the assembler will never run out of materials. I use similar process in my house. Once the level of food items such as pulses, cereals goes below a certain level I make a note of the same and refill them before they finish. After watching this video I will surely use kanban which will be a more effective way.

Withdrawal and production kanban is now clear, thank u :) but i have one doubt, my doubt may seem foolish to others but i am in the learning phase, please dont mind me, So I did not understand from where the kanban cards come as demand to the supplier, at the suppliers end itself..that is not clear or maybe i have confused myself..

Good point, Divya. In Production Kanban, the number of Kanban cards is decided in advance. These Kanban cards circulate between the supplier and customer (assembler). One Kanban card per box of each item.

There are many technical reasons for it. Considerable research has been done by Anthropologists regarding the comparative abilities of women and men to demonstrate concepts in expressive mode. Women have proven to be consistently superior. God's design! In these short educational videos, expressive behaviour is at a premium due to the self-imposed time constraint, which compels us to make best use of resources. These are not entertainment videos, where presence of both genders is often of value. Our choice is to be respected and all those students in the videos deserve our gratitude for going out of their way to make intricate concepts easy to understand and act upon. This whole action-video based approach is a breakthrough in releasing the learner from the need to delve deep into literature for extracting key concepts. It saves time, keeps away boredom, and enables rapid understanding. The learning needs to be focused upon.
We would greatly appreciate your experience of learning and applying these concepts. Such comments would enhance the learning. Thank you. Best regards. Dr G
