wow
Dengan bahan dan peralatan yang lengkap, sangat memadai …👍
You can buy a car for what this thing costs
Highway robbery, yall should be ashamed of yourselves charging nearly 2k for a box of pieces when we have to build it! Pathetic money grab. It's an off road go kart for christ sakes not a used car. 2k kiss my ass
@@luckyhakeem3958❤
I wish that all instructional videos where this well made. Great job guys.
Thank you!
I agree. One of the clearest and most well done videos. Great job.
With this kit, you get many levels of value! The ability to customize to your preference, and memories of building and sending it with your kiddo!! I’ve had a few and plan to build more.
Very true! Thanks for checking out!
I bought one of these for $5 about 5 years ago at an real estate auction but the motor was to run around my 15 acre property, I took it home stripped it down painted the frame with Sand colored truck bed liner and then put it back together and threw a 80cc Suzuki dirt bike engine and rear wheel sprocket on it . That thing absolutely rips.
I would recommend drilling and taping your spindles for grease fittings. Over the life of the go kart that will add many years of use without unlubed wear on the front end.
I love the design of this cart ! If I ever build one, it will be with this kit.
Thanks!
Cant wait to see the next video.looks fun to drive
A while back I looked for someone selling a full off road DIY kit in the UK and no one was. Some would sell you an engine. Someone else the wheels and steering. Etc etc but nobody had put all the components together in one package. And no welding needed as well.. bonus. You should ship to UK.
Sweet. Can’t wait to see full send.
For sure a must buy, I think I'm gonna look into a Honda motor for mine but will probably settle for a 212cc from Harbor freight.
Why is it that, at age 55, I am still quite certain that I NEED a couple of these?
Because we are Cool and Younger than many 20 year Old Biden Supporter i guess🕶️
ditto!!!!😂😂😂
Because boys don't get older, just more tired
Projeto muito legal , vou fazer um igual aqui no Brasil valeu
Best design ever!
*Looks Like a Great Kit!!!*
Saya dari Indonesia..dan sedang dalam proses meniru car ini...semoga saya berhasil belajar dari video anda..terima kasih banyak kawan
Party on
Very nice thorough video! Prior to watching this I was totally clueless on the building a gokart but this really helped!
Glad it helped!
This is a good vidio well thought about thanks go power sports
Очень классный багги! Всё сделано удобно и ничего лишнего. Порадовала конструкция передней подвески из пружин. Первый раз такое вижу на подобных багги. 👍
Хотелось бы ещё заднюю подвеску увидеть на подобной машине. 🤔
Party on.
Go Power Sports you are a great Company
Thanks!
trabalho magnífico, parabéns
I have a vintage mini bike project I need to finish!! Cool stuff !!
Another cool build guys
Love it. Very clear tutorial. Hope i can build one soon out of this video😊😊😊
Much appreciated, thanks for checking us out!
Wow, awesome kart 👏👏👏
Thank you! Cheers!
Nice job pal.can u give me a price for the kit plus can u ship to Ireland??? Jay....
Bom trabalho, projeto ficou muito bom! Quero fazer agora aqui no Brasil
incredible work, excellent project and greetings from Guatemala.
Looks like the steering spindles could use some plastic washers to help it to work a little smoother since it doesn't have a way to hold some kind of grease. Especially with that spring putting pressure down on it. But either way. Cool little set up 👍
Darn you Taylor!!!! I'm already daydreaming!!
Nice job!
Great work.
So jealous. You're doing what I always. dreamed of doing. Great product. Cheers.
TH-cam videos? it's not that hard actually. all you'll need is a camera, a Google account(such as the one you commented from, or create a new one Specifically for your audience) & an Audience of course! 😊 there's many videos on here explaining how to start your channel up if you're interested. hope this helps with your future life goals! 👍🏾
Manco Dingo the holy grail , they Pour the foundation for carting, Badass vintage carts
For sure, we love it.
The way you’re running through it my boy 😂💯💯 fastest build I seen yet lol gud stuff man .
You already know!
high level of manufacturing 👍
One stop shopping!!
Great kit and well explanation video. Just wondering will there be configuration to have a reverse gear mounted to the torque converter?
Awesome build...it’ll probably take me six months to complete this build! 😅😂😂😂
I’m ordering a 212 tillotson hemi electric start engine, and a 30 series belt for my gokart can’t wait. love what y’all do
Good
Just ordered some parts from you guys for my Coleman haha🤟🏻
Same! I'm building a cammed out stage 4 Propoint 420cc (gx390 clone) for it and gopowersports always seems to have the parts I need even when nobody else has them in stock.
Brief side note. The steering spindles beak off frequently. I welded a piece of angle iron to the top and cut 1/8 inch off the bottom to compensate. Never had another problem.
Can you provide more detail?
Looks like a well thought out kit! Congrats.
why on earth would they go metric and imperial for the hardware... bad form peter bad form
I might have to buy this gocart
im sure this is the best kart built but 1500 kart plus 300 to 500 shipping ill pass
Good point Bryan, so with that kind of price, heck I'll just to the local store and purchase one there and bring it back.
For that price, I can purchase rotax 125 senior race kart used
That's a very nice looking go cart I really wish that they had this type of cart when I was younger because I really know that I would of found a way to purchase one for myself for real people for real okay thanks Charles Williams
Good thing you can get one now!
Love this cart guys, but... all steering and wheel end nuts should be castle nuts with cotter pins. Lock nuts will probably never come lose, but what if they do. Remember, that front left wheel is spinning against the nut. If the wheel bearing fails, it could screw that wheel right off. Would hate to see yall face any trouble. With all that said, I love the simplicity of the kit. No doubt its quality. My 5 year old would love it.
Now All ya Need!!! is a 4stroke 250 KX Dirtbike motor!! & yer' READY!! TO GO!!>>
Wow, this is awesome. I need few of them. Thx a lot
Glad you like them!
Great job Taylor
Great... The best and simple design bro... 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
cool go kart boss
WOW JUST A LOT TO IT ALLL...
Right?
Very good job 👍🏻
Top de mais , parabéns 👏👏👏
That looks like a good kit. I want to build one a little heavier and more power like a V twin with 22-25 horsepower and high speed.
You guys are just down the road from me !
Nice job boss
❤ great
I like your project
Expand it to my place too
Good
Nice, Fast build!
That looks like a solid kit but if you are mechanically inclined at all just build your own. No engine included and to ship to a residential area it’s 1299 plus another 450 for shipping. You’ll spend less than that in materials
I was just about to say. Final price with shipping is out there for a basic kart frame setup only
@@THECHOSENONE-bk7xg ya. Almost 2k is a little much
2k you can get an atv...
I am impressed and the video is very good
Nice work brother 👍👍👍
What is the best way to make sure your front tires are aligned. Do you measure your spindle to frame?
HERMOSO
Do you sell the thick keyed washer that goes on the driver pulley? I have to use a regular washer and it doesn't really work as well
Uma obra de arte
brap brap
Subscribed 🇧🇷😉👍
Good job bro.🔥🔥🔥
Thanks!
I would buy one in a heart beat
Awesome
Would love to build one of these. I’m 6’ 2” tall and don’t believe I could fit well with this kart.
im soo getting it
Ever had any problems holding the axle sprockets in place with just lock collars? Most things I've read encourage welding as the lock collars can come loose from time to time
Indonesia present👋🇮🇩
Rear wheels are a .01 interference fit on the axle. Once I had it on enough to realize the problem, it was too late to stop so I smoked it down with a pipe wrench and a 250lbft impact driver. Any suggestions on how to get the wheel back off in the future?
Vice and four pieces of wire, USWG 22 or so compress spring in vice tie with put in place with bolt trough spindle and spring then cut wires one at a time.
Thank you very nice
Looks fun for a little dirt track. But idk about spending almost $2000 after taxes and shipping. Think I just stick with video. Thanks guys
Do you need parts??
Looks like I'll need to tear down my rear axel and move the lock collars to the outside of the bearings. Also need bigger risers because those 1" don't raise up a 420/40series enough.
Just buy 2 more and add them to the outside
Did u put a 420 on this exact kart?
Did u put a 420 on this exact kart?
@@jimjim129 yes sir
@@jimjim129 yeah, I have a couple of vids on my page.
I bet u could weld a washer on top and bottom of the spindle just big enough for that king pin bolt to go through it but tap a grease fitting on the side of it and the u could fill it up with grease👍
Is there a way to adjust the Juggernaut to work with governed engines? I ask because it is a common problem with people doing the Trailmaster mb200-2 engine swaps. The regular 30 series barely gets any shaft even with an engine plate set full left. The Juggernaut design solves the problem and can be properly spaced but guys trying governed motors get kinda screwed by the rpm needed to run it past 6k. So it's perfect for swaps but ONLY performance swaps as is. Still a win but would be super convenient if I could down tune it for stock swaps.
Quá đẹp!
Is it the responsibility of the purchaser to finish weld the axle bearing hangers?
nice job sir👍
my uncle built go carts for sears....he used all american parts....brigs and stratton engines.....welded up the frames...useing american steel...
Sounds like one legit guy!
I'm considering building a Cycle Kart out of this kit.....I was wondering how it would steer with the 17 inch Honda CT90 wheels with no Ackerman built into the front axle/spindles?
I wish I could just buy this whole kit for my silver fox frame.
off road with no suspension, sounds fun!
Сборка отличная, жаль стоит не мало
⛔️ ⚠️DANGER AT 5:35 6:05⚠️⛔️
I really hope nobody has and never will try to do that without any face protection….😮😮😢
”heavy duty protection actually “
That is a really really bad and dangerous way of doing that with very serious harmful injuries results If one side of that strong spring slips out it will fly of really hard and God forbid, if it hits someone’s eye they’ll be one eye blind for the rest of the their life 😢😢
Apart of that, superb job, thumbs up 👍
Отлично 🎉
é melhor projeto que já. para ser tão simples. você vende esse projeto ?
That's a cool cart , and i like the way the video was set up. I have had a question since i saw the first gps gusset on cars and cameras, is it possible to build an entire motorcycle frame including down tube out of the gps gussets?
Good work bro
Thank you so much 😀
Good
I like it
Thanks for checking it out!
Good👌
Is the sprocket on the reare axle stabalized by anything but the lock collars. How does that not spin freely on the axle? especially after some use?
Washers on everything. Locking washers on the tie rod ends, washers on the steering wheel bolts........... the engine mount bolts though..... those should be tightened down without washers so as the bolts get pulled more and more though the engines mounting plate with every bump on the trail until they jam and become a nightmare to remove when you need to take the engine off.
PSA to everyone... don't forget the washers on the bolts for your engine. Please.
Have you guys done a video on "how to chose the right live axle kit for your go-kart" and if not, will you. I wan't to put a live axle on my daughters go kart but I have no idea which to chose from. Thank you...
There are not a lot of options just get one that fits. And get the 4 bolt hubs the extra twisting force whilst turning is not great for the 3 bolt.

Especial el trabajo
I have a 1974 vintage Dr. Pepper go-kart. It has been in a barn for a long time and I'm about to do a restoration project on it. I'm not a composite guy and I'm taking the body to a fiberglass shop for some professional work. I would like advice on where to get decals made in their original specifications in order to apply them back onto the body when its ready. What does everyone think?
Hey I just watched your vintage manco kart assembly video. When you centered the axle you locked it in place. What is that part # I would like to order 2 and also the 4 clamps for 1" axle.
