    I just started my Weight loss Journey and in this video I'm sharing What I ate in a week.
    I have shown every single thing that I ate from Saturday to Friday. I did encounter some roadblocks and deviated from my plan like every other human but ended up losing 1.6kg

    I thk you should avoid muesli ,coz contain lots of sugar ,you should give a try to oats that is healthy and delicious too
    By the I love you vlog nd got inspired..

      Thanks. I think I have got addicted to muesli 😂. I bought Oats couple of weeks ago but I haven't even opened the packet yet. Hopefully your comment will give me some motivation 😊

    Loose Gradually it will retain longer n won't bounce back . Don't have Green Tea empty stomach it drains all essential minerals from body best time is have it after lunch. Which brand of eggs 🥚 u r ordering? Which Habib salon u visited can u share how was it n it's services n price wise how economical it was? Bless U 💜 ❤️

      Thanks for the advice, I also did some research around Green tea on empty stomach. Will definitely try to eat something with green tea or drink between meals. Ordered eggs from Eggnest.

      Habib salon that I visited was the one near Gaur City mall Noida, services were good. Got smoothening done @4000

    How much you walked? I mean how many average steps in a day? I am also trying to lose weight and this video is really motivational ❤️

      I counted the calories, burned atleast 300 calories a day,. If you count the steps, 10,000 per day should get you the results.

    Hi megha totally relate to you as myself trying to lose weight but i can't control my food intake hence working out every morning n walking every night after dinner so far lost 2kgs weight ..all the best ..my target is untill new year to lose atleast 10 kgs
