      Do it, Deborah! You may need a physical therapist and/or a trainer! (So worth it!) Your DH will look down and be so proud!!

      My husband passed a little over a year and a half ago..... he was my trainer and training partner. It was getting back into the gym and working out HARD that saved my sanity. Good luck to you..... you are young.... I'm 72 and have been training since I was 27. YOU CAN DO IT~

      I am sorry for your loss. You are smart to be watching this type of video, they are informative, full of encouragement and easy to follow. Please take care of yourself…be careful in selecting what you watch and what you listen to…as you know there is a lot of good stuff out there and a there is a lot of junk. I hope you can get up and move… wishing you peace.

      Thanks for sharing your workout. How many Dee sys a week do you workout? Daily? Twice a week? Three Times a week? How long 30 min? 1 hour? Thanks again for sharing. I'm 72 and do Pilates Reformer work 3 times a week but thinking of adding strength training

    I am so impressed that your team were able to design a programme like this. I have had four trainers over the years and none of them know how to take baby steps. I always end up with a shoulder or back injury so then give up.

    You’re looking awesome, Joan! I need to start doing straight arm lat pull downs again. I’ve been doing chest supported rows. I really like how your workouts are short and effective. When I was new to the gym, my bf showed me the same exercises as he was doing but he does a lot of accessory work. I have shortened my time in the gym since then, as I don’t want to be in there for more than maybe an hour.

    Im so pleased i found you Joan, im about to turn 60 and i want to get back in the gym and do what i did in my 30s and 40s and Ive got people looking at me like im crazy and adking"what are you on?" out of disbelief, and inneed some peers mybown age doing this! More power to you dear!

      It's so nice of you to reply to my message. I'm in my late 40's and train alot and u have inspired me to continue into my 70s and beyond. I'm trying to convince my mother in law that its not too late to undo her diabetes etc and to take up some form of fitness.

      Hi Veronique, I am not a personal trainer but have found that consistency with the right things are key. A great workout plan, great nutrition plan, and solid mindset all play a large part.

      Hi there, nope. The only things I do are: train consistently, manage my macros, and take care of myself. You can achieve great results without drugs.

    Really inspiring. I'm 63. You are giving me a lot of motivation!
    I'm just wondering, is that ALL it took to get those defined muscles you have? Maybe I'm pushing too hard. It just looks so easy to get those kind of results? Or maybe there is something else going on in the upper body workout. If it's that easy, I have no excuse.
    Maybe it's times per week? I'm pushing hard twice a week. Maybe I need to go 4 times a week?

    I have very bad (bone on bone) arthritis in both knees. This has limited what I can do quite a lot. Any suggestions on exercises for the whole body when in pain?

    I am fifty years old and suffered a stroke because of my weight. It was 108 during 7 months of exercise and diet,it became 90
    Unfortunately my shoulder was injured and I stopped carrying weights even though it helped me a lot in losing weight. I don't know what alternative
    Can u help me whate to do? I apologize for my English is not good. I speak Arabic. I am following you from Egypt

      I am so sorry you suffered a stroke, I am not a personal trainer but would encourage you to ask your doctor what you are cleared for.
