I just found out ur channel. I use youtube for fitness information only and I just realized in ur videos you have such a straight spine, probably one of the straightest ive seen in all leading fitness and pt experts here. I'm someone with a fuckedup posture, ive got anterior pelvic tilt and forward head posture and flatfeet and kyphotic upperback. I know u r making strength stuff but in general please share ur info on posture as u have a perfect one, how u got it plus it wil do ur channel good in today's sedentary lifestyle where pretty much ever1 is fckd up in their muscles. thanks
Hey, thanks for you kind words. For posture restoration, check out our rocking videos and include them in your daily practice. While rocking, be sure to keep your head up with your eyes on the horizon, your chest tall (back flat), and keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Over time, this does wonders for posture. Thanks for watching and writing!
Tim, love your videos!! most simple and effective. I am looking for a video that clearly explains and differentiates a hip hinge from an anterior pelvic tilt. Could you please post the link if you have made one or please make a video if there isn't. I really think the video would be extremely useful to people. Thank you
@@OriginalStrengthSystemFYI, I did two sets of 10 when I got up. The only exercise I did all day, which is unusual. While driving home after a day of socializing, I suddenly got leg cramps. Couldn't drive until I walked and stretched for ten minutes. I can't think of anything else the cramps could be connected to.
I might think of those cramps as just an oddity. Two sets of 10 does not seem like a lot of volume that would cause cramps. However, I guess anything is possible!
Listen, I am a new follower and I feel you need to start producing more videos. Once someone like you gets noticed more, I think you'll really take off
Thanks Tim, just tried this and felt really good. I thought it would be much easier than rocking on all fours but it is is just different. Would you call this a regression of some harder rocking exercises?
Hi Tim, just want to thank you for all your tutorials. We have been doing them for quite some time, and the benefit is enormous! Keep on inspiring :)
That's so great! Thank you for sharing!
Brilliant way to bring the hinge into practice.
FANTASTIC! Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
This drill is a life saver for this truck driver
So glad it’s helpful!

I don't currently have such a video. But i'll see if I can put one together. Thanks so much for the suggestion. And thanks for watching!
Thanks very much, Tim.
Excellent drill.
Glad it is useful!
Even if I don't have time to workout I always have time to do these. There are chairs everywhere ! I can do them all day long !
Awesome!
Thanks for sharing this. I'll try it.
I hope it’s helpful

Thanks for your reply. I'll add them to my workout today and see what happens.

Thanks so much for the encouragement, Phil. I am grateful!

It's tricky. A regression for one may be a progression for another. So, let's just call it a variation! You're right though, it is just different!
Thanks Tim, I will keep trying it.
Just did a couple of these at my desk. My stiff back is no more.... interesting.
That's fantastic!
