    I just stumbled upon your videos tonight and they have helped my pelvis area groin and hips within minutes. I have been searching high and low to fix these areas on my body and your methods are the only ones that helped immediately…

    Awesome! Sounds silly.... but it seemed like a moving meditation...everything went quiet...at least in my head ha ha. Looking forward to exploring the super...slow...speed....movements - have a great a weekend Tim :-) Ps thank you for sharing such wonderful ideas!

    Excellent video and funny too. You would be a great mime.
    As we age we become more prone to injuries and I find moving slowly alleviates this

    I really love your videos. The movements are great, they're fun, and you have such a nice personality. I've actually started to make a few of your movements part of my daily habit and am looking to slowly incorporate more. I'm definitely going to check out your books on Amazon.
