Alleged drug peddler dies after consuming stash

Joburg police have reopened parts of Commissioner Street after a brief closure due to a protest that erupted earlier today. The protest was in response to a raid on a building suspected of housing drug dealers. One man died after allegedly consuming drugs that he intended to sell. Police were subsequently involved in running battles with residents of the building. Newzroom Afrika's Govan Whittles has more.
