You're never too young to get started in the kitchen. Of course, the younger you are the more supervision you will need. I'm talking about toddlers who can help you hold the spoon to mix batter, etc.. I, too, was cooking at your age. So, yes, you're off to a great start. Just be sure to have some supervision/help when dealing with boiling water, hot oil, lifting heavy pots, putting things in or out of the oven, draining hot liquids, etc.. Also, never hesitate to ask for help or suggestions. I wish you the very best & I know that you are on your way to becoming a great chef! 💜👨🍳👩🍳
Thank you! Sometimes I ask for help but usually I don’t need it. I know how to cook chicken and other meats and use the oven and stove! But if I don’t trust myself I ask a parent. Tysm!!
