For those of you having issues filling the shells, try a pastry piping bag, or make one from a zip-loc big enough to hold a good bit. Cut off a corner, just enough to allow the filling to come out and fill the shells easily. I was a Chef years ago, and this is a good trick for numerous shells, and works for Manicotti as well!! Happy Cooking y'all!!
