Hi guys!
This is the second in the Christmas cake series.
A Candle cake for Christmas was requested.
I've seen it featured in a magazine as a candle cake.
Since then, it has become a wonderful item that many people try to follow.
I also tried this time.
I designed a candle cake with a diagonal red line to match Christmas.
In this video, the cake building process is long and the recipe is rather simple.
So, from the beginning of the video, I show you how to assemble the cake first.
And the detailed recipe video is later part of the video.

Ingredients
♥︎ sponge cake
2 12cm x 7cm round cake pans
130g cake flour
130g (4) egg whites
130g sugar
4 egg yolks
38g milk
28g vegetable oil
4g Vanilla extract
Red food coloring
♥︎ white chocolate buttercream
360g Room temperature unsalted butter
290g Room temperature condensed milk
80g melted white chocolate
♥ ︎Sugar syrup
80g water
20g sugar
Bring to boil water and sugar. Let cool before use.

What is the cake flour u use is it all purpose flour or a cake box mix??? Please reply......love ur cakes sooo much
Cake flour is not the cake mix. It is just low gluten flour. If you don't have cake flour, just substitute 10~12% of all purpose flour with corn starch. Or just use all purpose flour. But then the cake will less soft.😊
